Our Covenant of Shalom
by: Jonathan Doctor

Through  the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed on the cross, we have a covenant of Peace with God.  This Peace is not just “of mind” it is in every area of our lives. In this study we will see all that this Peace includes. Jesus paid for our peace, so we need to know what belongs to us as Christians by the blood of Jesus that was shed at the cross of Calvary.

Eze 34:28  And they shall no more be a prey to the heathen, neither shall the beast of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and none shall make [them] afraid.
Eze 34:29  And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more.

“The God of PEACE” is a title used in Rom_15:33; Rom_16:20; Phi_4:9; 1Th_5:23; Heb_13:20; cp. 1Co_14:33; 2Co_13:11. The corresponding Heb. word shalom primarily signifies “wholeness:” see its use in Jos_8:31, “unhewn;” Rth_2:12, “full;” Neh_6:15, “finished;” Isa_42:19, marg., “made perfect.” Hence there is a close connection between the title in 1Th_5:23 and the word holokleros, “entire,” in that verse. In the Sept. shalom is often rendered by soteria, “salvation, e.g., Gen_26:31; Gen_41:16; hence the “PEACE-offering” is called the “salvation offering.” Cp. Luk_7:50; Luk_8:48. In 2Th_3:16, the title “the Lord of PEACE” is best understood as referring to the Lord Jesus. In Act_7:26, “would have set them at one” is, lit., “was reconciling them (conative imperfect tense, expressing an earnest effort) into PEACE.”
Note: In Act_27:34, soteria, “salvation, safety,” is translated “health” in the AV; the RV, gives the right meaning, “safety.”
The word “health” occurs twice in the New Testament: in Paul’s appeal to his shipmates to take food (Act_27:34), he says it is for their health, literally, “safety”; so the American Standard Revised Version, the King James Version “health.” The verb health is used in 3Jo_1:2, in the apostle’s salutation to Gaius.

Jesus is our Savior:

Vine’s note on “Savior”:
Savior is the translation of the greek word “soter” which means ” savior, a deliverer, preserver,” is used (a) of God, Luk_1:47; 1Ti_1:1; 1Ti_2:3; 1Ti_4:10 (in the sense of “preserver,” since He gives “to all life and breath and all things”); Tit_1:3; Tit_2:10; Tit_3:4; Jud_1:25; (b) of Christ, Luk_2:11; Joh_4:42; Act_5:31; Act_13:23

Shalom to you

1Sa 25:6  And thus shall ye say to him that liveth [in prosperity], Peace [be] both to thee, and peace [be] to thine house, and peace [be] unto all that thou hast.

helth (שׁלם,  רפאוּת, is part of the formal salutation still common in Palestine. In this sense it is used in Gen_43:28; 2Sa_20:9; the stem word means “peace,” and is used in many varieties of expression relating to security, success and good bodily health. SHALOM , which specifically means deliverance or help, occurs in the refrain of Psa_42:11; Psa_43:5, as well as in Psa_67:2; in the American Standard Revised Version it is rendered “help.” SHALOM is literally, “healing,” and is found only in Pro_3:8. SHALOM also means healing of the body, but is used in a figurative sense as of promoting soundness of mind and moral character in Pro_4:22; Pro_12:18; Pro_13:17; Pro_16:24, as also in Jer_8:15, where the Revised Version (British and American) renders it “healing.” SHALOM is also used in the same figurative sense in Isa_58:8; Jer_8:22; Jer_30:17; Jer_33:6; literally means “repairing or restoring”; it is the word used of the repair of the wall of Jerusalem by Nehemiah (chapter 4).

Phi 4:6  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
Phi 4:7  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

“Without the shedding of blood is no remission.”
– see Heb_9:22   This is the voice of unalterable truth. In none of the Jewish ceremonies were sins, even typically, removed without blood- shedding. In no case, by no means can sin be pardoned without atonement. It is clear, then, that there is no hope for me out of Christ; for there is no other blood-shedding which is worth a thought as an atonement for sin. Am I, then, believing in him? Is the blood of his atonement truly applied to my soul? All men are on a level as to their need of him. If we be never so moral, generous, amiable, or patriotic, the rule will not be altered to make an exception for us. Sin will yield to nothing less potent than the blood of him whom God hath set forth as a propitiation. What a blessing that there is the one way of pardon! Why should we seek another?
Persons of merely formal religion cannot understand how we can rejoice that all our sins are forgiven us for Christ’s sake. Their works, and prayers, and ceremonies, give them very poor comfort; and well may they be uneasy, for they are neglecting the one great salvation, and endeavouring to get remission without blood. My soul, sit down, and behold the justice of God as bound to punish sin; see that punishment all executed upon thy Lord Jesus, and fall down in humble joy, and kiss the dear feet of him whose blood has made atonement for thee. It is in vain when conscience is aroused to fly to feelings and evidences for comfort: this is a habit which we learned in the Egypt of our legal bondage. The only restorative for a guilty conscience is a sight of Jesus suffering on the cross. “The blood is the life thereof,” says the Levitical law, and let us rest assured that it is the life of faith and joy and every other holy grace.        “Oh! how sweet to view the flowing
Of my Saviour’s precious blood;
With divine assurance knowing
He has made my peace with God.”
The Lord takes Pleasure in the Shalom of His servants!!

1. It lines up with the Word of God.
2. It bears witness with your spirit.
F. The Holy Spirit will not manipulate you He will lead you and guide you.

In Christ Dominion is restored

2Ti 1:9  (JESUS) Who hath saved us, and called [us] with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,
2Ti 1:10  But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

Controlling Your Flesh and Keeping it Under Subjection to Your Spirit

In order for us as Christians to Live the New Life of the Spirit, we must be led by the right leader. Who we obey becomes our master, so we must obey the leading of the spirit and not the lusts of the flesh. In a world controlled by lust, greed and covetousness, we must not be like them and follow our fleshly greeds. Instead we must follow the Spirit of God within us, He will guide our heart/spirit.

St. Paul had a lot to say about this, in one place he said “I buffet my body daily”, No He did not go to his local all you can eat restaurant daily. To “buffet” means to constantly beat into subjection, and no he did not walk around physically beating himself like those crazy in Psych. wards. He used this word to describe the constant hard discipline he demanded of himself. Christianity takes discipline. The word “Disciple” comes from the same root word “to Discipline” and Christianity is not a easy walk in the park of blessings all the time. We must pick up the cross daily and follow Jesus, we must consider ourselves dead to sin and Alive unto Righteousness

Keeping the body under subjection
by: J. Doctor

1Co 9:27  But I keep under my body, and bring [it] into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Rom 8:13  For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
Rom 8:14  For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

Summary – Review
As we have learned from the Word of God, Man is a spirit, he has a soul (mind, will and emotions), and he lives in a physical body. Man’s spirit is his heart, and his heart must become recreated, regenerated, or be born again to enter into the Kingdom of God. The only way to experience the new birth is  to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, at that instance the Holy Spirit comes into you and changes your heart, (your spirit), and you were  born again, born of the Spirit of God. Our minds  must be renewed with the Word of God, and our flesh must be crucified, mortified and put to death; In other words our body must be kept under control, under subjection. This lesson focuses on what the Bible tells us to do with our body (the house you live in).

A. Paul said that he kept his body under subjection. (1 Co 9:27)
    1. We can do the same. (Rom. 8:13-14)
    2. We crucify our flesh (there is a war going on and we need to take the side of the spirit)

Gal 5:16  [This] I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.
Gal 5:17  For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.
Gal 5:18  But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
Gal 5:19  Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
Gal 5:20  Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
Gal 5:21  Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
Gal 5:22  But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
Gal 5:23  Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
Gal 5:24  And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.
Gal 5:25  If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Col 3:5  Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
Col 3:6  For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:
    3. The reason why we mortify, and crucify our flesh, and bring our bodies into subjection is because our bodies were not changed like our heart, (our spirit). Our bodies will be redeemed in the future, but until then we must control our flesh.

B. The Word of God also tells us to present our bodies to God and live Holy.

Rom 12:1  I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, [which is] your reasonable service.
Rom 12:2  And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

C. In Matt. 18:8,9 Jesus meant to rid of the things that cause us to sin.

Heb 12:1  … let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
Jam 1:21  Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.
(BBE)  For this reason, putting away all dirty behaviour and the overweight of evil, take into your souls without pride the word which, being planted there, is able to give you salvation.
1Pe 2:1  Having put aside, then, all evil, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envyings, and all evil speakings,

D.    Controling your tongue is the major way to control your body. (James 3:2,8)

Conclusion:  We need to keep our bodies under control, so we can be led by the Spirit of God. We don’t want to be led by our feelings or emotions. If we listen to our spirit and are led by the Spirit of God we will never make a mistake. The Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth. If we are doers of this Word of God we will live a victorious Christian life.

Learning to Recognize The Voice of God
Being Led by the Spirit
Part 6
This year we can not assume every Opened Door is of God, We must Learn to Recognize the Voice of the Good Shepherd, and only go through the Doors He Opens. Jesus said that His sheep Hear His Voice and Follow Him. To stay out of trouble and to keep from making wrong choices we must get in tuned with the Voice of the Spirit of God. Lets recognize the Voice of the One Who wants to guide us into All Truth, Lets Go through The DOOR He has Opened…

I. Hearing God and Recognizing His Voice. (John 10:1-)

    A. There are several ways to hear God.
        1. As you read the Word.
        2. As the Word is preached.
        3. As you sing Praises to God.
        4. As you pray.
        5. In all these ways, and at all these times God speaks to us through our spirit man (heart)
        6. In these times really be sensitive and listen to your heart (your spirit)

    B. When you hear God today, and do what He says, you are in the perfect Will of God at that time.

    C. There are times when you are led by God that you will do something different than you think you normally would do – remember God knows All things. (Psalms 23)

    D. When God tells you to do something it won’t always agree with your mind or 5 physical senses.
        1. Example: the world teaches to “save for a rainy day” and the Word teaches us that if we give we will increase, and that it will be given back unto us.

    E. There is only One Shepherd John 10:16
II How the Holy Spirit works (John 8:31-36)

    A. The Holy Spirit will use the Word to set people free.

    B. The Spirit of Truth will bring the Word (Thy Word is Truth) to set you Free.
        1. Tell the Truth at all times.
        2. The Holy Spirit will always speak the Truth, He sets Free, leads and guides us by His Truth.
        3. The devil is the father of lies – he is deceptive and false.
        4. Lies and deception are meant to put you into bondage and get you misguided and off course.

    C. The Holy Spirit is the Comforter

    D. The Holy Spirit will teach you All things: physical, financial, health, family, business, etc. God wants to help you in every area of life. (John 14:26  1 John 2:27)

    E. The world cannot give the Peace that only Jesus our Shepherd and His Spirit, The Comforter can provide. (John 14:27)

    F. Spirit Words create Life – flesh words profit nothing. (John 6:63)

    G. God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit always say the same thing, they always agree and are not divided in anything.

    H. The Holy Spirit = The Spirit of Truth.

III. The Holy Spirit tells you what adjustments to make.

    A. The Holy Spirit makes adjustments to bring correction to your life.

    B. The Holy Spirit can see the whole picture, where you are and where you are going.

    C. You must obey when God says to make adjustments so it will help you hit the target.

    D. The Spirit of Truth wants to guide you into all truth and show you things to come. (John 16:13)

God’s Stimulus Package: Work
Biblical Economics 101
I. Work is not a curse.

    A. God intended for man to work from the very beginning.

    B. In Genesis 1, we see God was busy creating the universe.
        1. every time God spoke, something would come into being.
        2. God released His faith by words to create.
        3. His words are vehicles of faith – carriers of faith.

    C. in Gen 2:1, it says the heavens and Earth was “finished”.
        1. The Hebrew word for “finished” means: “brought into perfection”.

    D. Adam’s job before the curse was to dress and keep the garden of Eden. (Gen.2:15)
        1. He was to name everything that God brought before him.
        2. Before the curse Adam worked with pleasure and with joy because he mixed faith in God with his work.

    E. The ground was cursed because of sin. (Gen. 3:17-18)
        1. Sin brought a curse and enjoyment was removed from man’s labor. Now he toils, sweats and fears the future.
        2. Jesus redeemed us from the curse, not from work, the earth is still under the curse. (Rom 1:22)
        3. Because we are redeemed from the curse of sin, we have a right to work with God’s Blessing.

    F. After Adam’s sin, his faith and life was turned to fear and death.
        1. Through the Abrahamic Covenant came the New Covenant that has given God a legal right to change mans fear to faith, to change spiritual death to Life, to bring back the Blessing upon our land and the works of our hands.

II. Why does God provide you a job?

    A. God provides us a job so we will have seed to plant. (Eph. 4:28)
        1. We are to labor with our hands.
        2. That we may give to him in need.
        3. We are to work with God. (1 Corin. 3:6-9  2 Corin. 6:1)

    B. Our attitude must be: “ My job is not what I do for a living, but it’s God’s way of providing me seed”
        1. We make a living by our giving. Our job is not our source, God is our Source.

    C. “Every time you sow seed it’s an opportunity for you to increase your income.”
        1. It is against the Word of God for you to give and not increase. (Proverbs 11:24-25)

III. Seeding time. (Gen. 1:26-29)

    A. God has given every herb bearing seed. The Hebrew actually says: “seeding seed”.

    B. The first two gifts that God gave man were:
        1. Dominion and Authority.
        2. Seed or Seeding Seed = your best seed; you use your best seed to replant for your next harvest.

    C. The seeding seed is for meat which means in the Hebrew: provision. The seeding seed must be planted for your future provision.
        1. There is no provision from God without planting a seed first.
        2. If you eat and consume your seeding seed (first fruits, Tithes) then you are without provision.
        3. We tend to be need minded when we should be seed minded.
        4. God calls your seeding seed Holy.

IV. Being a Sower. (2 Corin. 9:6-12)

    A. In ministry or in life, your income is not based on what people give you but what you give.

    B. God provides seed to the sower.

    C. God wants us to be fulltime farmers.

    D. When God calls someone a sower, He is not talking about someone that sows every once in a while but someone who has a lifestyle of sowing.

    E. God promises that sowers will never be without seed.

    F. 1 Thes. 4:11
        1. Work with your own hands.
        2. You will have something to help those who are without.
        3. The result will be you lacking nothing.
   G. The reason we labor with our hands is so we can sow to him that is in need.

    H. Withdraw yourself from those who walk disorderly. (2 Thes. 3:6-11)
        1. A man or woman that walks disorderly is someone not willing to work.

Prophetic or Schizophrenic Christianity
“The Lord Giveth, and He Taketh Away”
“Sometimes God is Angry with me, Sometimes He is happy with me”
“Sometimes God Blesses me, sometimes He curses me”
“Today God is prospering me, but tomorrow He may assign poverty to me”
“God Bless America, God Curse America”
“We are saved by Grace, but we do get what we deserve”
“You just never know what God is going to do”
This sounds like a schizophrenic Christian who is confused about who God is. Many preachers preach religion and the law that puts people in bondage and condemnation. This type of preaching created a fearful, confused, schizophrenic Christianity that believes that they need to keep a set of religious laws in order to be right with God.
Instead of Preaching the Gospel of Grace (Galatians 1) they preach another Gospel of Law that is NOT GOOD NEWS. The moment that a Christian who is saved by Grace, (from the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ) he is made righteous. This Righteousness is not something that we can improve on, it is the Perfect Righteousness that God has. It is the Righteousness that the Lord Jesus Christ paid the price for. Paul said that if any man preach another Gospel than what He preached (a Gospel of Grace) than let that man be cursed. That is in your Bible in the book of Galatians, I did not say it IT IS WRITTEN.
Under the Law God DEMANDS Righteousness from man, Under Grace God PROVIDES Righteousness for man. Under the Law, everything depended on man and his obedience. Under Grace everything depends on Christ and His perfect Obedience and what He did for us on the Cross.
The Old Testament contains the Covenant of Law, The New Testament contains the Covenant of Grace.
John 1:17 says: “for the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.”
Truth is on the Grace side, and Truth will set you free! By Jesus Christ came Grace and Truth – Grace will remove the burdens, Truth will set you free.
When a Prophet or preacher starts screaming about Judgment for our sins and that “God is gonna get us” we need to remind him that God ALREADY Got us and Judged us at the Cross of Christ and in Hell where Jesus went for three days and three nights to suffer FOR US.
If GOD JUDGES America than He would have to apologize to Jesus Christ. but its too bad that we mostly hear that if GOD DOESN’T JUDGE America than He would have to apologize to Sodom and Ghmorrah (God will judge America – but not at this time)
When people prophesy crazy things of fire and revengful things we need to say what Jesus said to His disciples when they wanted to do the same thing  and expose the spirit that they are of .
We also we need to ask ourselves “are they prophesy-ing or a proph-a lying?”
The Great Tribulation period is in the Future, not the present time while the church (and restrainer) is still present. The person of the Anti Christ will be restrained until we as a Holy Ghost Church who knows our authority is taken out of the way in the Rapture (2 Thes. 2:7).
We are in the SET TIME of God’s Grace, the time where His Grace Abounds and His Gospel of Grace is being Preached. A Time when we give them the Good News and invite them in, not scare them away.
Yes, The Day of Judgment is Coming, but not until the Day of Grace is over.
More souls would be saved if we preached, prophesied grace during this time. The Good News is the Power of God unto Salvation, for in it we find the Righteousness of God is revealed….
We are not called to be “ministers of condemnation” but “ministers of reconciliation” (2 Corin. 5:18-19) to preach the Word of His Grace and Reconciliation. Lets leave the other preaching to the two witnesses and the 144,000 sealed ones for the Great Tribulation.
Lets stand up and represent our God’s correct Character and Nature. If I called your daddy a grumpy old man with a big fly swatter who is ready to beat you down to teach you or punish you than you would stand up and tell me to shut up.
Well when people who call themselves “Christians” especially “ministers” tell us that God – our Abba daddy is a mean old grumpy Judge Who wants to scare us into submission and throw fire from heaven and kill us like a Terrorist’s God – than we should stand up and speak up.
Our God is not dealing with us like He dealt with His people in the Old Testament. Jesus Christ satisfied the demands of the Law perfectly FOR US. There is no need for God to send fire from heaven, tsunami’s or a fly swatter during this SET time of Grace before the rapture.
With that said, I feel better. But remember, we are to Judge the Prophecy, NOT the PROPHET. The same rule goes for teachings, judge the teaching, not the teacher. Pray that the teacher or prophet repent and not mis-represent the Lord – for they will receive a greater judgment at their appointed time.
God Bless You

God’s Call and Prevailing Purpose
By  Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.

Proverbs 19:21 says that many are a man’s plans, but the Lord’s Purpose will Prevail.
1 John 5:4 says that whatever is born of God overcomes the world: and this is the victory that overcomes the world; our faith.
Romans 11:29 says that the gifts and callings of God are without changing…
Always remember that God does not change His mind about the calling He has given you

Before we were born God had a plan for our life. According to the Word of God in Acts 17:26 He planned what we were called to do, the time, the place and boundaries where we are to do it. Our God, in His awesome Wisdom chose us to live in this day, He did not choose St. Paul not St. Peter but you and I to be the last generation before the Coming of the Lord, He has Graced us to bring in the Harvest.

To me that is an awesome thought, and it is a sobering responsibility, but at the same time it is a relief to know that we do not have to trust in our own human, natural strength to do it but by His Grace. God’s Grace, His abilities and gifts will empower us as we go and step out into that Calling that He has Graced and anointed us to do.

God ‘s Calling on our life will never be taken away, God does not change His mind (Romans 11:29Amp), what He spoke will come to pass, He declared the end from the beginning. He declared that we would be His Glorious Church to show this world the Love of God. Jesus has declared that He is building His Church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against His church.

This is good news to know, that as adversity and adversaries show up on our way to the destination God has for us that the adversities or mountains ahead are temporal, they are temporary, they are changeable and movable. With this attitude and spirit of faith we know that we are overcomers because God does not change His Word, Name or Mind about us or our calling.

This is Good news to those who might have had or are having  small beginnings, knowing that adversity and circumstances cannot change God’s mind, knowing this creates a NO QUIT attitude. God’s plans Will come to pass.

God had orchestrated our lives, He has ordained our steps and works according to Ephesians 2:10 and Psalms 37:23. Just like Jesus knew where He came from and where He was going (John 8:14), we too can and should know where we are going. By knowing where we came from, we can look back and see God ordaining our steps in life, getting us to this day and the days ahead.

Once someone has spent quality time with God, intimate time in prayer, praying in the Spirit and continues to read His Word and  listen to the Voice of the Lord. They can develop this knowing in their heart to the Call of God and to where they are going. Jesus said that His sheep hear His voice and His sheep follow Him, so as someone hears the Lord they must do what He says. We as sheep do not want to get out from under our Shepherd’s Care.

This excites me about the days ahead, because in knowing God’s call on my life and knowing in what direction He is leading me, I have assurance that my Shepherd will not lead me astray as I obey His voice.

We must stay faithful to the Call of God in the small beginnings and in the adversities in our lives, as we do the Lord will increase us and we will be given more, because we have proven our faithfulness in the small things.

Dr. Jerry Savelle says “Faithfulness is the #1 quality that God looks for in those He calls.”
God is looking for some people who are willing to fulfill His prevailing purpose and Call on their lives.
I think we ought to Praise and Thank God for calling us, for giving us His Purpose. Knowing that His Purpose will prevail, we can be safe as we abide in the calling and purpose that He has chosen for us. Lets have confidence that God is working things out according to His good Purpose (Eph. 1:11, Rom. 8:28, Jer. 29:11, Eph. 2:10)
As we continue to run the race that God has set before us we can be sure that we have Prevailing Purpose!

Our Covenant Includes Increase
In this hour we must understand that God is a God of Covenant, and that we have a blood Covenant with Him. In this set time of God’s Grace we must understand, expect and speak Increase and prosperity in the midst of economic crises. Your words can create your circumstance. Are you going to speak what the spirit of the world speaks or are you going to speak what the Spirit of God is speaking? The choice is yours, and please do not choose to be a stranger to your covenant and suffer poverty.
The Lord Jesus said that as we seek first, His Kingdom and His righteousness, that all that we need will be added unto us. Thank God that He did not say “taken away” from us! Thank God that our God is a God of Covenant and Increase is included. Thank God that Jesus is building His church, and not laying angels off and cutting back on getting the Gospel out. Thank God that Increase is a part of our Heritage of Faith.
We are God’s Family of Faith and we will not fear the challenge before us. We will charge the atmosphere with faith as we charge the Goliath with our small stone.
Do not let small things make you laugh! a small stone killed Goliath (while he laughed), and Jesus said that faith as a grain of mustard seed will cause mountains to obey you. Do not despise small beginnings or small things, there is a miracle in your mouth, small things can make BIG changes. These are challenging times, but let these challenging times be an opportunity for you to exercise your faith for Increase in every area. Increase in souls, Increase in your church, your finances, your blessings so you can be more of a blessing.
let this Bible Study help you know the will of God for you to Increase.
Covenant of Increase

I. Covenant of Increase. (Genesis 12:2 Amp)
    A. “I will bless you with an abundant of increase of favors.”
    B. Amplified Bible defines blessing as dispensing good to others.
    C. The purpose for being blessed is so you can be a blessing – “giving is the essence of living.”

II. Call of Abraham
    A. To believe for the blessings of Abraham, you must accept the call of Abraham and the call was to be a blessing to the families of the Earth.
    B. In thee shall all the nations of the Earth be blessed.
    C. In order to touch families and nations you must increase.
    D. When God established this Covenant, He wanted a legal right to be able to bring supernatural increase into the life of the man and his seed and be able to bless human beings so they could in turn bless other human beings.

III. Increase (Proverbs 11:24-25)
    A. He that distributes increases and he that withholds when he should be giving is led to poverty.
        1. Another translation of Prov. 11:24-25 says: “it is possible to give it all away and yet become richer.”
    B. That it may be well with thee and that you may increase mightily (exceedingly) (Deut. 6:1-3)
    C. He will love, bless and multiply you. (Deut. 7:11-15)
    D. If you are obedient it’s just a matter of time until increase comes into your life. (Deut. 8:6)
    E.  “though thy beginning is small yet thy latter end shall greatly increase. (Job 8:7)
        1. Increase is the most natural (and supernatural) to come into the life of the believer who stands on the Word of God.
        2. It is unnatural, it is a violation of the Covenant, it is against the spiritual law of God for you not to have any signs of increase as you continue to walk with the Lord in obedience.
    F. God expects you to increase.
    G. Requirements for when increase comes. (Deut. 8:14,18)
        1. Don’t allow your heart to be lifted up.
        2. Remember Who brought the increase into your life.
    H. You can believe God for Prosperity and wealth, you are entitled to it, but what is your motive and purpose for wanting to be blessed.
    I. You shall surely tithe on all thy increase. (Deut. 14:22)
    J. The Lord thy God will bless thee in all thy increase and in all thy work of your hands. (Deut. 16:15)
    K. Psalms 115:11-14
        1. The Lord is mindful of us.
        2. God blesses His people who are in Covenant with Him, doing their part.
        3. He blesses those who fear the Lord, both small and great.
        4. The Lord will increase you more and more, you and your children.
    L. The quicker we touch people and nations with the Gospel, the quicker Jesus will return.
    M. When you start to ask God for specific amounts of money make sure you have a God-Plan for it.
    N. We are delivered from the World system. (Gal. 1:4  Isaiah 52:4)
    O. You can expect what you plant to yield increase. (Psalms 85:12-13)
    P. Even in times of famine and drought Covenant people can increase.  (see Isaac Genesis 26:1-14)

The Wilderness Experience
The following is an portion from my new book “Prophetic Grace – God’s Set Time”  by: Dr. Jonathan Doctor
1Co 10:5 But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.
1Co 10:6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted.
Everyone goes through times of transition, and many people do not know how to handle change. When change presents itself, you need to be flexible. Transition is seasonal (Ecclesiastes 3:1, Isaiah 40:8). Change is not always welcomed because many people are afraid of change. God may shake your security once in a while so make sure your foundation is sure. In Ephesians 4:11-12 God has given us the 5 fold ministers to teach us and to perfect us, He does not send trouble and sickness to do it.

Let The Lord Build The House.
Let The Lord Build The House
by: Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D. Student
Psa 127:1 Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it: except the LORD keep the city, the watchman waketh [but] in vain.
The Lord Jesus Christ instructed us to Go into All the World and Preach the Gospel to every creature. He also said that He will confirm His Word that we preach with signs that follow. He said that He will BUild His Church and that the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. As ones that are a part of His church we need to be a part of His building program. We do not need to hinder Him in anyway.
Jesus is the Head of the Church and has given His Holy Spirit to be the Administrator and One Who orchistrates things. We cannot rely on our own skill and degree of education, but we must rely on His Spirit and Grace. The Lord needs our efforts, but unless we follow His lead our efforts are in vain.
Here are several points that we must remember as we work for God:
1. You cannot do it with your own ability or strength.
2. You cannot trust in yourself, you cannot rely on the flesh.
3. You must put your trust in God, and in His grace to accomplish what He has you to do.
4. You cannot please God by “producing an Ishmael” by the flesh
5. Faith pleases God, only by Faith in God can the assignment God has given us be accomplished.
6. Just Believing God is not enough, you must exercise faith in God by saying, by praising God and boasting on God, on what He has done and what He has promised to do.
7. By faith and patience we inherit the promises of God. (Heb. 6:12)
8. Don’t struggle and stress in producing an “Ishmael” instead trust in a Merciful and Gracious God.
9. Praise God in Faith and be patient.
1Co 2:3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.
1Co 2:4 And my speech and my preaching [was] not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
1Co 2:5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.
2Co 3:4 And such trust have we through Christ to (towards God) God-ward:
2Co 3:5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency ; is of God
2Co 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
2Co 3:4Darby And such confidence have we through the Christ towards God:
2Co 3:5 not that we are competent of ourselves to think anything as of ourselves, but our competency is of God;
2Co 3:6 who has also made us competent, as ministers of the new covenant; not of letter, but of spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit quickens.
Mat 16:18 ……….I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Zec 4:6 …..Not by might, nor by power, (not by the flesh) but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.
Zec 4:7 Who [art] thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel [thou shalt become] a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone [thereof with] shoutings, Grace, grace to it.
Mar 11:22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. (have the God-kind of Faith)
Mar 11:23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
10. Gideon: blowing the trumpets (shofar) and shouting “The sword of the Lord”
11. Joshua and the children of Israel at the wall of Jerico: the blowing of the rams horns (shofar) and the shout of triumph and praise brought the walls (obstacles) down.
12. Jehosaphat and the praisers saying “The Lord is Good and His mercy endureth forever”
13. Moses was instructed to speak to the rock (faith) but instead he struck the rock (flesh)
14. Abraham tried to “make God’s promise come to pass” (flesh) instead of exercising faith and patience.  (he eventually did exercise faith and patience Heb. 6:12-15)
15. The Lord instructed Zerrubabel to shout to the mountain (obsticle) GRACE GRACE!!
16. The Lord instructs us to speak to the mountain, the Lord instructs us to use our Faith.
Unless the Lord be the one who leads and directs than we are working in VAIN. Our efforts will come to nothing and will not be accounted on our account. Lets examine our “programs” and “structure” and see if they are flexible to break “protocol” or “tradition” at times to be led in a NEW way by the the Lord to build His Church.
Are you singing the same old songs? Are you preaching the same stale sermons? Are you too strict in your structure to be led by the Holy Spirit? Lets Do a NEW Thing, the Message never changes, but the Methods of getting the message out changes constantly. Lets Allow the Lord BUILD HIS CHURCH!

Find out why God Laid off the Devil
To better understand the Prevailing Purposes of God in these last days – we must look back at Lucifer’s loss of his job in heaven. God fired the devil for a reason – the Devil lost his position of authority in heaven – he was in charge of the powerful praising choir. Jesus said that He came to “seek and save what was lost”. One of the reasons why Jesus came was to restore Praise to God – The Word of God says that we were created to Praise God – Jesus also came to save man from a devil’s hell as well as to destroy the works of the devil.
When Lucifer was fired and cast out of heaven to the earth – (I believe that was why the earth was “without form and void” because God doesn’t make confusion, void and disaray-) Praise of God was lost in Heaven when Lucifer was Fired. God has made a Way for mankind to be restored to their place of Dominion – Through Jesus Christ, the Redemptive Price has been paid for our Authority and Dominion. As we Praise God we are using an atomic bomb against the devil and his followers (1/3 of the praising angels).
The devil is still trying to make music – but this time he is making music that reflects his nature of pride and rebellion against God. Satan is trying to get as many souls as he can to sing his song and reject Christ.
But God has given us this SET TIME of Prophetic Grace to reach this generation before its too late for them. God has given us His weapons, His Armor, His Name and Authority and Dominion to enforce against the evil spirits of the oppsing forces – Yes, we are called to battle – but we ARE DESTINED TO WIN!
click on to this link if you would like to learn more about our Dominion in Christ. As you learn – it is important that you DO WHAT YOU LEARN.

Also keep in mind that every soul you win – all heaven is rejoicing and Praising… just what God wants….
Praise His Name!

The Church Is Triumphant!

The Weapons of our Warfare Part 3
(the following 6 paragraphs were quoted from Kenneth E Hagin’s book Triumphant church: Dominion over darkness)
“Believers are seated with Christ in heavenly places, far above all powers and principalities of darkness. No demon can stop the believer who is seated with Christ far above all the works of the enemy! Our seating and reigning with Christ in heavenly places is a position of authority, honor, and triumph—not failure, depression, sickness and defeat.
Since the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ has the triumph and victory over the devil and his cohorts in every encounter, why does it seem so many believers are subject to Satan and his deceptions?
Weather or not believers are victorious over the devil depends on what view they have of themselves as the church—militant, defeated, or triumphant. It all depends on how well they understand their position in Christ. The militant Church depicts a body of believers who are not yet seated in heavenly places in Christ and are still “battling” to try gain the victory over an enemy that hasn’t been defeated yet by the Lord Jesus Christ.
The defeated Church also gives us a picture of a Church which is ignorant of the fact that they  are seated  with Christ and that they are supposed to be reigning in life through Jesus Christ. Because they are ignorant of their position in Christ or they’ve never used their authority they posses, these believers are constantly ravaged by the wiles and fiery darts of the devil instead of quenching  them. They are always in a state of failure or defeat. The devil has blinded them from the truth that he is defeated, and that they DO have authority over him and all his works.
The Triumphant Church is the biblical perspective of the Body of Christ seated with Christ in heavenly places far above all  authority, powers and principalities (Eph. 1:3; 2:6). The triumphant Church scripturally portrays a Body of believers who not only know but exercise their authority in Christ and therefore reign victoriously in this life through Jesus Christ over Satan a defeated foe. (Rom.5:17)
In this age when demon activity is increasing around the world, it is vital that believers know what their redemption in Christ entitles them to. We need to be fully convinced that we are the Triumphant Church and of the authority that is ours because of the victory Jesus has already won for us over all the power of the enemy. The only way we can have confidence in our position in Christ and our authority over the enemy is to know and walk in the light of the written word of God.” (End of quote)

Here are some of  the characteristics of the Triumphant Church:

1. (Mat 16:18)  ……..I will build my church, and the powers of hell will not conquer it.
2.(Mat 16:19)  I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you prohibit on earth will have been prohibited in heaven, and whatever you permit on earth will have been permitted in heaven.”
3.(Eph. 1:3,21-23; 2:6)   He (Christ and the Church) is far above every ruler, authority, power, dominion, and every name that can be named, not only in the present age but also in the one to come. God has put everything under his feet and has made him the head of everything for the good of the church, which is his body, the fullness of the one who fills everything in every way.
4. (Eph 2:1;2:6) And you (the Church)…..hath he quickened (made alive or raised from the dead)….
And hath raised [us] up together, and made [us] sit together in heavenly [places] in Christ Jesus:

The bible tells us to be vigilant, sober and aware of the devil and his devices. The bible also tells us to not allow the devil to get access to our lives. The bible tells us all we need to know concerning Lucifer, the devil, Satan.

 Here are his characteristics:
1. (Gen.3:1) the bible describes our enemy as subtle, clever, crafty and deceptive. He fooled Eve.
2. (1Peter 5:8) Adversary the devil…..walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
3. (John 10:10) the thief cometh to steal, kill and destroy
4. (John8:44)  he is a murderer and a liar.
5. (Rev.12:10) he is an accuser of the brethren …he accuses day and night.
6. (Rev.12:9) he is a deceiver of the world.
7. (2 Cor.11:4) he can transform himself into angel of light.
8. (John 12:31; 14:30; 16:8,11) he is called the prince of this world. He has influence
9. (Eph. 2:2) he is called the prince of the power of the air, and he rules the spirit that works in the children of disobedience.
10. (2 Cor.4:4) he is called the god of this world who blinds the mind of them that believe not
The major characteristic the Bible says about Satan is that he is defeated by what God did at the cross of  our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Gen 3:14  And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou [art] cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:
Gen 3:15  And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.
Gen 3:15  (MSG)  I’m declaring war between you and the Woman, between your offspring and hers. He’ll wound your head, you’ll wound his heel.”  (IN CRUCIFICTION THE HEEL IS BRUISED)

Gal 1:4KJV  Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world (age or system), according to the will of God and our Father:

Deliver=  to tear out;  to release: – deliver, pluck out, rescue.

Col 1:12  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:
Col 1:13  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated [us] into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Heb 2:14 KJV Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;

DESTROY: to be (render) entirely idle (useless), – abolish, cease, deliver, destroy, do away, become (make) of no (none, without) effect, fail, bring (come) to nought, put away (down), vanish away, make void.
Heb 2:14ASV  Since then the children are sharers in flesh and blood, he also himself in like manner partook of the same; that through death he might bring to nought him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
2Ti 1:10  ….. by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who has made death of no effect, bringing life and immortality to light through the gospel;
1Jo 3:8 KJV  …. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
1Jo 3:8 LITV  ……For this the Son of God was revealed, that He might undo the works of the devil.
Col.2:15NLT In this way, God disarmed and dethroned the evil rulers and authorities. He shamed them publicly by his victory over them on the cross of Christ.
Col 2:15 GW He stripped the rulers and authorities of their power and made a public spectacle of them as he celebrated his victory in Christ.

Power and authority on earth belongs to the Church of Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus, and the victory that Jesus obtained belongs to the believer. Therefore, exercise that authority, for it belongs to you. We are the Triumphant Church!

Mat 28:18-19  and Jesus said…. All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore…
Luk 10:17  And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.
Luk 10:18  And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.
Luk 10:19  Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Luk 10:20  Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
Joh 14:12  “Truly, truly I tell you, the one who believes in me will also do the works that I am doing. He will do even greater works than these because I am going to the Father.
Joh 14:13  I will do whatever you ask (demand) in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
Joh 14:14  If you ask (demand)   anything in my name, I will do it.”
Mar 16:17  And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18  They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Darkness cannot overcome the light- instead light overcomes the darkness.
Joh 1:4  In him was life; and the life was the light of men.
Joh 1:5  And the light goes on shining in the dark; it is not overcome by the dark.
1Jo 4:4  Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.

1Jo 5:4  For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith.
1Jo 5:5  Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?

Strong’s Biblical definition :
overcome= to subdue – conquer, overcome, prevail, get the victory.
Rev 12:11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony;….
Rom 5:17  For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
Rom 5:17CEV Death ruled like a king because Adam had sinned. But that cannot compare with what Jesus Christ has done. God has been so kind to us, and he has accepted us because of Jesus. And so we will live and rule like kings.
We see in Ephesians 6:12 that “….we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers against the rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (or wicked spirits in the heavenlies)
The Word of God teaches us that these evil spirits are fallen angels who have been dethroned and defeated by our Lord Jesus Christ. Our contact with these demons should be with the knowledge that Jesus defeated them, spoiled them,  brought them to nothing (Col. 2:15) . And now that Jesus dethroned them, we can reign over them!!
Jam 4:7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Strong’s Biblical definition:
flee= to run away; by implication to shun; by analogy to vanish: – escape, flee (away), or to run in terror.

1Pe 5:8  Be alert, be on watch! Your enemy, the Devil, roams around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
1Pe 5:9  Be firm in your faith and resist him …..

2Co 10:3  For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
2Co 10:4  (For the weapons of our warfare [are] not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down (DESTROYING) of strong holds;)

Eph 6:16  Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench (PUT OUT) all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Biblical Evangelism for the 21st Century
In these last days it is VITAL that we become soulwinners. The days of sitting in the pews (and new church movie theatre seats) are over, its time to go beyond the 4 walls of our comfort zones and our Ph.D.’s and win a soul to Jesus. Evangelism is NOT for inside the four walls of the church but for OUTside the church. We must GO out where they are… Lets get back to our first Love…

God Bless you as you develop a passion for God and a passion for souls

The Church is Ordained to Bring Healing
Healing in the Church
By: J. Doctor
Text: James 5:14-16

Intro: Healing is very much a part of our heritage in Christ Jesus. Either we believe what the Bible says or we don’t. Many people don’t believe in divine healing and they get what they believe. The Word of God is reliable to stand on for healing.

I. Healing is God’s Will
    A. Healing is at God’s expense. (Isa. 53:5 )
    B. Healing was a major part of Jesus’ ministry. (Luke 4:18   Acts 10:38)
    C. Healing is a major part in our ministry. (Matt. 10:7,8  John 14:12-14)
    D. Healing will follow them that believe.  (Mark 16:17-19)
    E. Healing is God’s desire for you.  (3 John 1:2)

II. Healing has conditions! Healing is a Grace!
    A. Faithfulness  (Exodus 15:26)
    B. Humility  (2 Chron. 7:14)
    C. Obedience (James 5:16)
    D. Approach Jesus with Faith.
    E. Jesus paid the Price – we don’t have to (Isaiah 53). When the person experiences the manifesatation – Give ALL Glory To the Healer – Christ – DO NOT TAKE ANY GLORY away from the Lord!

III. We never receive benefits based on how much we know. We always receive based on how we apply the Word of God that we know.
    A. Example: Salvation  (Rom. 1:16  Rom. 10:9-10)
        1. The word “salvation” means: Deliverance, safety, preservation, healing, soundness.
        2. It gathers all the redemptive acts: Justification, redemption, grace, propitiation, forgiveness, sanctification and glorification.
    B. Example: The baptism of the Holy Spirit.
        1. We receive power. (Acts 1:8)
        2. We can function in the gifts. (1 cor. 12)

IV. Divine healing comes from Almighty God.  (Exodus 15:26)
    A. Psalms 103:3   Isa. 53:4,5   Matt. 4:23   1 Peter 2:24   James

V. We are to hear and obey   (John 7:17)
    A. Listen to the voice of the shepherd.
    B. Apply the Word; Be doers of the Word.  (James 1:22)

VI. Read James 5:14-16
    A. “is any sick among you?”
        1. The Greek word for sick is “Astheneo”. It means; to be feeble, diseased, impotent, to be weak, to be without strength. It includes: anything mental, emotional or physical. Anything fragile in either body or mind.

VII.  The call!
    A. This is a command !
        1. If its really time to Do something about your problem – Call.
        2. Don’t try to “reason it out” Call.
        3. Don’t study until you’ve got the answer. – Call.
        4. If you need to experience the healing power of Jesus- Call.
    B. It’s the believer’s responsibility to call.

VIII. Call the “elders”
    A. Someone that has been there before you!
    B. Someone that has been through the flack, flood and fire. Someone who is mature in Faith and Love.
    C. An “elder” is not someone who “has arrived” . An “elder” is someone who has “survived”.
    D. An “elder” is someone that is there to “serve” you.

IIX. Responsibility:
    A. It is always the responsibility of the sick to CALL.
    B. It is always the responsibility of the elder to PRAY.

I just want to say that at this point that every believer, weather they are a leader-elder or not can pray for themselves. James 5 is in place in the church for those who do not know the will of God to pray the prayer of faith. If you are not a leader or elder in your church I do not want you to feel that you are not allowed to pray for the sick or for your own healing. Jesus said “He who believes in Me shall do the works He did and greater works” Jesus said that “Whatever we ask the Father in Jesus’ Name shall be granted.”  We also see Jesus qualify us to minister healing in the Great Commission when He said in Mark 16  “Go ye”……”These signs shall follow them that believe”….”In My Name they shall lay hands on the sick and they (the sick) shall recover”.
IX. “PRAY over them”
    A. “the prayer of faith shall save the sick” (vs. 15)
        1. Save = heal
        2. James did not contemplate failure
        3. Faith = “evidence of things hoped for”
        4. Sometimes but not always immediate (Mark 16  “recover” = get better, a process)
    B. Ask – and it shall be given.
    C. Seek – ye shall find.
    D. Knock – it shall be opened unto you.

X. “ANOINTING with OIL in the NAME OF THE LORD  (vs.15)
    A. symbolic: BUT VERY IMPORTANT  – Elders, and those called upon to pray – DO NOT SKIP THIS step.
        1. Power is released when the Holy Spirit attends what we do symbolically. (ex. Communion, Water Baptism, etc.)
        2. Oil is not a medicine, IT REPRESENTS THE HOLY SPIRIT’S POURING MINISTRY into people’s wounds; it represents the anointing of the Holy Spirit that removes burdens and destroys yokes (Isa. 10)
        3. Purging, therapy, cleaning, wholeness will result
    B. When praying and Anointing with oil comes together:
        1. The anointing is communicated to the person by the laying on of hands (contact)
        2. They will be lifted out of their weakness
    D. “In the name of the Lord”
        1. There is no healing apart from Jesus.
        2. There is no forgiveness without Jesus.

XI. “The Prayer of Faith Shall save the sick”  (vs.15)
    A. Save = Salvation = heal, deliver, preserve, make well. To be rescued completely.
    B. We cannot pray the prayer of faith unless we have faith.
    C. We cannot pray the prayer of faith unless we know and understand that IT IS God’s Will to Heal.
    D. We must know that the Word and Will of God is AGAINST sickness.

    A. Confession requires openness,  faults = sins
        1. Healing requires us to be honest with God and others

XIII. The Prayer of the Righteous man availed much (vs. 16)
    A. Expect God to do what He says –  He will Do it!
    B.  Once you Pray the prayer of faith – continue to exercise your faith by thanking and Praising God.

It is very important not to skip any of these vital steps when healing is asked of the church.

Intimacy with God part 2

Intimacy with God
Part II
COMMUNION – as trusting friends a new level of deep heartfelt communication is birthed. You progress from a surface level conversation to true deep issues of the heart.
Communion is very close to the word communication. Communion speaks of deep, honest, sincere, heartfelt communication. Not only do you share the deepest feelings of your heart with the Lord, but He shares His heart with you. The feelings of His heart become the feelings of your heart. His heartbeat pulsates in your being. His desires become the all consuming passion and desire of your soul.
God longed and looked forward to His daily communion with Adam in the garden of Eden.
Gen 3:8 (NAS) And they (Adam and Eve) heard the sound of the LORD God walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and the man and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the LORD God among the trees of the garden.
We don’t know how many years He kept Adam to Himself before He created Eve, but somehow I feel it may have been a fairly long time. The Bible says He is a jealous God.
Moses spent 80 days on Mt. Sinai in communion with God.
Exod 19:20 (NAS) And the LORD came down on Mount Sinai, to the top of the mountain; and the LORD called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.
Exod 34:29 (NAS) And it came about when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai…that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him.
Their’s nothing this world can offer which can begin to compare with the satisfaction God gives us as we spend time in communion in His presence.
This is a two way communication. Learn to listen. Don’t presumptuously do ALL the talking – as if God has nothing worthwhile to contribute to the conversation. His wisdom will in fact amaze you – not to mention how much it’ll help and bless you.
Philem 1:6 (KJV) That the communication (koinonia: fellowship or communion) of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.
Philem 1:6 (NET) I pray that the fellowship of your faith may become effective in the knowledge of everything good that is in us in Christ.
Philem 1:6 (TEV) My prayer is that our fellowship with you as believers will bring about a deeper understanding of every blessing which we have in our life in union with Christ.
The outworking of communion with the Holy Spirit is understanding the heart of God resulting in the effective communication of your faith with signs and wonders. Acts is evidence of this.
2 Cor 13:14 (NAS) The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship (communion) of the Holy Spirit, be with you ALL.
INTIMACY – out of heartfelt communion an intimacy is born. Intimacy is a deep heartfelt interchange of feelings and emotions. This results in a strong desire to live for and please the other, because you strongly feel what they’re feeling.
Prov 3:32 (NAS) For the crooked {man} is an abomination to the LORD; but He is intimate with the upright.
ILLUSTRATION: Think of the intimacy of two love birds on honeymoon, totally infatuated with each other over a candlelight dinner. The love, thoughts, feelings and emotions of their hearts come pouring out like rivers. Their lovemaking is intimate.
Song of Solomon is a graphic picture of a love affair God desires to have with his bride.
Song 5:1 (NAS) “I have come into my garden, my sister, {my} bride; I have gathered my myrrh along with my balsam. I have eaten my honeycomb and my honey; I have drunk my wine and my milk. Eat, friends; drink and imbibe deeply, O lovers.”
Song 1:13 (NAS) “My beloved is to me a pouch of myrrh which lies ALL NIGHT between my breasts.
This is not a five minute affair, but an all night romance of enjoying each other.
Song 7:8 (NAS) “I said, `I will climb the palm tree, I will take hold of its fruit stalks. ‘ Oh, may your breasts be like clusters of the vine, and the fragrance of your breath like apples…
You’ve got to be up close to smell the fragrance of somone’s breath.
Song 8:3 (NAS) “Let his left hand be UNDER (not behind) my head, and his right hand embrace me.”
This is a position of some serious kissing.
Song 4:11 (NAS) “Your lips, {my} bride, drip honey; honey and milk are under your tongue, and the fragrance of your garments is like the fragrance of Lebanon.
This speaks of intimate lovemaking. How would he describe the taste under her tongue without French kissing her. The fragrance on her garment is the fragrance of a lubricated turned on woman because of their serious kissing.
Song 8:10 (TLB) “I am slim, tall and full-breasted, and I have found favor in my lover’s eyes.”
Song 8:10 (RSV) I was a wall, and my breasts were like towers; then I was in his eyes as one who brings peace.
I know this shocks many woman, but the #1 reason a man pursues a relationship is sex. It’s not very spiritual but it’s true. That’s the way God made men. The Bible says sex brings peace to a man – it calms him from the raging passion that builds up within him.
It’s that kind of fiery passion that would cause a godly man like king David to sin with Bathsheba – to loose all rational – so many men have thrown away everything for a nights passion – their brain switches off..
S e x is the highest act of intimacy in a marriage. It speaks the love two people have for each other, the feeling they have for one another, their trust in one another, the total giving of themselves to each other, the absolute pleasure they derive from and give to each another, their oneness, unity, coming together, and desire for each other.
Now the Bible teaches the Church is the bride – Christ is the groom. The bride makes herself beautiful for her groom, and the grooms desire is for his bride.
Eph 5:31-32 (NAS) For this cause a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife; and the two shall become one flesh.
32 This mystery is great; but I am speaking with reference to Christ and the church.
32 (RSV) This mystery is a profound one, (NLT) but it is an illustration of the way Christ and the church are one.
32 (TEV) There is a deep secret truth revealed in this scripture, which I understand as applying to Christ and the church.
The first time I heard a Pastor say what I’m about to say shocked me; but as you read your Bible you’ll see it’s true.
God is illustrating the deepest kind of intimacy, expressed in the sex act, He desires to enjoy with His people.
Psa 42:7 (NAS) Deep calls to deep at the sound of Thy waterfalls; all Thy breakers and Thy waves have rolled over me.
God desires the depths of your heart to call out to the depths of His heart.
We’re overwhelmed by waves of His love.
Example: Jesus and John at the last supper. This demonstrates the kind of intimate relationship man can have with God.
John 13:23 (NAS) There was reclining on Jesus’ breast one of His disciples, whom Jesus loved.
Sometimes the word KNOW in the Bible is used of the consumation of a marriage – i.e. the greatest act of intimacy.
This is how the Patriarchs desired to KNOW God.
Exod 33:13a (NAS) “Now therefore, I pray Thee, if I have found favor in Thy sight, let me KNOW Thy ways, that I may KNOW Thee, so that I may find favor in Thy sight.”
Dan 11:32b (ASV) …but the people that KNOW their God shall be strong, and do (exploits).
Phil 3:10-11 (NAS) …that I may KNOW Him, and the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death; 11 in order that I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
2 Cor 13:14 (NAS) The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship (intimacy) of the Holy Spirit, be with you ALL.
PARTNERSHIP – the trusting relationship that is built up through the fellowship, friendship, communion and intimacy has its end result in a partnership of marriage, with the Holy Spirit as the head.
He’s the senior partner, and as such we’re to follow His direction.
He’s also our prayer partner (Rom 8:26-27). When you hook up with Him in intercession, He won’t have you stuck on a mechanical prayer list.

Joshua treasured and valued the presence of the Lord.

Rom 15:26 (NAS) For Macedonia and Achaia have been pleased to make a contribution (koinonia) for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.
2 Cor 8:3-4 (NAS) For I testify that according to their ability, and beyond their ability they gave of their own accord,
BEGGING us with much entreaty for the favor of participation (sharing – NIV; fellowship – NKJ) in the support of the saints…
People who BEG for the privelage to give have the revelation of sowing and reaping. They do not want to miss the opportunity of reaping a harvest.
2 Cor 9:13 (NAS) Because of the proof given by this ministry they will glorify God for {your} obedience to your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for the liberality of your contribution (sharing – NIV; distribution – KJV) to them and to all…
Heb 13:16 (NAS) And do not neglect doing good and sharing (share with others – NIV); for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
Gal 6:6 (NAS) And let the one who is taught the word share (koinonia) ALL GOOD THINGS with him who teaches.
Example: The disciples had all things in common.
Acts 4:32 (NAS) And the congregation of those who believed were of one heart and soul; and not one {of them} claimed that anything belonging to him was his own; but all things were common property to them.
If a husband and wife can’t share their resources, trust each other and be happy for each others blessing, they haven’t arrived at the 7th level of koinonia.
If you can’t faithfully share your finances with God – neither have you.
2 Cor 13:14 (NAS) The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship (sharing) of the Holy Spirit, be with you ALL.
How much are you putting into your relationship with the Holy Spirit? He will meet you with what you put into the relationship.
James 4:8 (NAS) Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
FELLOWSHIP – quality time given to commune with God, to worship, love, pray, ask and listen.
FRIENDSHIP – as a result of daily fellowship a true bond of trusting friendship develops.
COMMUNION – as trusting friends a new level of deep heartfelt communication is birthed. You progress from a surface level conversation to true deep issues of the heart.
INTIMACY – out of heartfelt communion an intimacy is born. Intimacy is a deep heartfelt interchange of feelings and emotions. This results in a strong desire to live for and please the other.
PARTNERSHIP – the trusting relationship that is built up through the fellowship, friendship, communion and intimacy has its end result in a partnership of marriage, with the Holy Spirit as the head.
PRESENCE – now that you’re married, you enjoy each others company and presence for the rest of your lives. The courtship is over. You know each other. You can relax in one anothers presence.
SHARING – As a married couple you have everything in common. Your life is no longer your own. You have the privilege of sharing in all that is God’s. He requires you to share His blessing you with others in perfect obedience.

God’s Covenant of Blessing
I. Genesis 12:2-3 Amp  Galatians 3:9,13-14,29

    A. Bless means to empower to prosper and to increase.

    B. God says He will make your name famous.
        1. The thing that will cause your name to be famous is your giving and being a blessing.

        2. God doesn’t make your name famous just to be famous. He makes your name great in the earth so you can continue to be a blessing and help meet the needs of others.
        3. Your increase is a result of dispensing good to others.

II. The Covenant to Bless and Increase the seed of Abraham. (Genesis 22:17 Genesis 24:1)
    A. God had blessed Abraham in all things and brought increase into his life.
    B. God didn’t mean for this Covenant to be just for Abraham but for his seed also.
        1. God declared this Covenant to be for an everlasting Covenant for Abraham’s seed.
   C. This Covenant worked in Abraham’s life, Isaac’s life, Jacob’s life, the children of Israel’s lives, Mary’s life, the early church’s lives, and it will work in your life today. (Genesis 17:1-2,6-7)

III. Isaac (Genesis 26:1-5)
    A. Isaac was in a famine.
    B. God told Isaac “I will be with you and I will be with you and favor you with blessings.”
     C. Through the story of Isaac we see the Covenant working in a famine.
     D. Isaac obeyed God and stayed in the land and sowed in that land. (Genesis 26:12)
            1. Isaiah 55:8-11
             2. God’s ways are higher and His Words come to pass.

             3. The world says if you don’t have much money then you’d better hold onto what you have. – God says give and sow and you will receive a harvest of increase.
            4. God’s Word and the world’s word don’t agree.
            5. The world says everybody has to get sick, God’s Word says that Jesus Took Your infirmities and bore your sickness.
            6. The world says that we are in a recession, that we are in a famine that no one can prosper in these times, But God’s Word says that It Is the Lord who gives Power to get wealth, God’s Word says that the blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow with it, God’s Word says that you have the Blessing and that as you sow you will increase.
    E. Isaac sowed in a famine and received 100 fold in the same year.
     F. It will work for all of Abraham’s seed in the worst of conditions.
     G. Dr. Jerry Savelle says: “ That’s what I love about the Word of God, it will always work in the worst conditions, even when nothing else is working”.
     H. The quickest way to get out of financial famine is to sow seed in financial famine
      I. The worst thing you can do is to withhold your seed sowing. (Proverbs 11:24-26)
     J. God swore by Himself, He took an Oath that He would bless, increase and multiply the seed of Abraham.
    K. Every time you are under pressure, see God taking that Oath – God Cannot lie.

The Last Days’ Anointing is Available For Impartation
By: Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.

I have the best news for those who desire to be used by God. That news is that the same anointing that was displayed in the ministry of Jesus is available to you as well. The Anointing is the Power of God given to meet the needs of hurting humanity. The Anointing is tangible, it is transferable. The Transfer of power, authority and anointing is available to you today.
In the Beginning God transferred His Authority, Power and Anointing to Adam, to Noah, to Abraham and to Moses and Joshua. The Anointing was transferred down the line, Elijah, Elisha, Gideon, Sampson, David etc.. Through out Bible history we see the Anointing being transferred down from one generation to another, from one servant of God to another.
When Jesus walked on this earth He was anointed to heal, deliver and set men free from the works of the devil. Jesus went everywhere healing the sick, casting out devils, raising the dead and setting the captives free.
Before Jesus was taken up into heaven, He said that it was better that He went away so that the Holy Spirit could come. On the Day of Pentecost Jesus Transferred the Anointing that He had to His disciples. We see the same anointing that was operating in Jesus’ ministry operating in those who believed.
Just like Elijah went away and Elisha received a double portion. Likewise Jesus went away and the church received the same anointing, but this anointing was to do the works of Jesus and greater. This same anointing is not limited to just one physical body of Jesus but this Anointing has been transferred to all who believe. A double portion.
Just like God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and Power to go about to do good and heal all that were oppressed of the devil, to destroy the works of the enemy, so He has made that anointing available to you. First John 2:20 says that we have an anointing, vs. 27 says that anointing is in us. This burden removing yoke destroying anointing is in us. As we Receive the Baptism of the Holy Ghost, we too have received the transfer of this anointing for this generation.
Just like we see the Anointing operating in Jesus, Peter, Paul, Phillip and Stevens life we can expect that same anointing to operate in our life and ministry as we Go in Jesus‘ Name. The law of Association works with the anointing as well. As we associate with the Word of God and one another the anointing will rub off on each other.
As we see this anointing operating in men and woman of our day, servants of God like Smith Wigglesworth, Charles Finney, *** Roberts, Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Jerry Savelle etc. the Anointing to heal and deliver and set men free is here and available to your ministry. The purpose of this anointing is to Set the captives free and meet the needs of hurting humanity.
The Anointing was transferred by the way of the laying on of hands, by oil, by touch, by cloths, and by words. Every point of contact was by faith. Power and anointing is available to us in this generation. Miracle energy is available, the Ability of God is available. God needs us to be His “delivery boys” of His Anointing. God needs us to carry this Anointing to this generation.
Like electricity needs a breaker box to light up the house, we are that breaker box to transfer and bring the electricity of God’s Power and Anointing to this dead generation, to bring Life and Love and Anointing to this hurting generation. Christ means Anointed One, and we are Christians, we are little Anointed ones.
The Anointing is not limited to Apostles or special select few, but to all who believe, to all who be willing to bring this anointing to others.
Transfer of Anointing scriptural evidence:
Genesis 1:26 6:8 Adam and Noah
Genesis 12:1-3 Abraham
Exodus 9:16,23 Exodus 14:21-22 Moses
Numbers 27:22-23 Moses to Joshua
Deut. 34:9 from Moses to Joshua
Joshua 3:7 Joshua
Joshua 6:2,5 Joshua 10:12-14 Joshua
Judges 6:34 Gideon
Judges 13:24-25 Judges 14:5-6 15:14-15 Sampson
1 Samuel 16:13 from Samuel to David
1 Kings 17:17-24 Elijah
2 Kings chapters 2through 13 13:20-21 Elisha
Luke 4:18 Acts 10:38 Matt. 8:1-13 Jesus
Luke 9:1-2,6 Matt. 10:1 to His disciples
Acts 2:43 The Apostles
Acts 6:8 Stephen
Acts 8:6-7 Philip
Acts 19:11 Paul to others
Mark 16:15-18,20 John 14:12-14 Mark 11:22-24 Acts 1:8 to all those who believe in all generations

The Blessings of Walking in Love
By:  Jonathan Doctor
The Bible encourages us to make the Love of God our great aim and our great quest in life (1 Cor. 13:1 Amp.). There are wonderful benefits and good results that come when we walk in love. The benefits of walking in love are so good; Love is God’s way to prosper – spirit, soul, and body. Walking in the God-kind-of Love is the way to prosper and get the victory in every area of life.
A.  Walking in love is profitable.
1Ti 4:7 ………… and exercise thyself [rather] unto godliness.
1Ti 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
      1. Walking in love is godliness.
      2. To exercise at something means to make it a practice, or to work at something, to make it a way of life.
      3. When we work on walking in love we are exercising love and godliness the Bible says that it is profitable unto all things.
B. Walking in love causes us to inherit a blessing.
1Pe 3:8 Finally, [be ye] all of one mind, having compassion (love) one of another, love as brethren, [be] pitiful, [be] courteous:
1Pe 3:9 Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
      1. Walking in love is not rendering evil for evil, instead when we walk in love we bless; knowing that when we do we will inherit a blessing.
·                     That’s why Jesus told us to love our enemies, bless them, pray blessings upon them, do good to and for them.
Luk 6:35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and [to] the evil.
Luk 6:36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
Luk 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:
Luk 6:38 Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.
C. Controlling your tongue is part of walking in love.
1Pe 3:10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
1Pe 3:11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
1Pe 3:12 For the eyes of the Lord [are] over the righteous, and his ears [are open] unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord [is] against them that do evil. (to not walk in love is to do evil)
1Pe 3:13 And who [is] he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? (if you follow love you are a follower of what is good.)
      1. In these scriptures we see that if we control our tongue we will see “good days”.
      2. Love always refrains from talking evil.
      3. Love speaks no guile or evil about others.
      4. The God kind of Love seeks peace with every person.
      5. God will not allow anyone to harm you as you walk in love.
D. God’s Love never fails.
1 Cor. 13:4-8
Love is patient and kind.
Love knows neither envy nor jealousy.
Love is not forward and self–assertive, nor boastful and conceited.
Love does not behave unbecomingly, nor seek to aggrandize herself, nor blaze out in passionate anger, nor brood over wrongs.
Love finds no pleasure in injustice done to others, but joyfully sides with the truth.
Love knows how to be silent. She is full of trust, full of hope, full of patient endurance.
Love never fails….
      1. God’s Love never fails! Therefore, if you are walking in His divine Love, You CANNOT FAIL.
            a. you overcome evil with good.
      2. If you are walking in the God-kind of Love, His Love working in and through you will be more than enough for any situation.
      3. The God-kind of love will put you over in life because God is Love.
      4. When you walk in the God-kind of Love you cannot be defeated.
      5. You are born of God (who is Love) you are a overcomer.
1Jo 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he (LOVE) that is in you, than he that is in the world.
1Jo 5:1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
1Jo 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
1Jo 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
1Jo 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, [even] our faith.
1Jo 5:5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Walking in the God-kind of Love is beneficial and profitable, not just in this life, but also in the life to come! Enjoy the benefits and great rewards of walking in the Love of God.

Being Biblically Correct in Today’s Culture (How To Remain A Christian Nation)
By: Dr. Jonathan Doctor

Our Founding fathers were God fearing and included Him in their public meetings, speeches and writings. One of my favorite documents besides the Bible is “The Mayflower Compact”.
A Compact is another word for covenant and in it, it states the purpose and vision of our Fathers. Every business has a mission statement or a Purpose Statement. Every Church has one, every ministry and every organization has and should keep their employees and staff educated about the mission and Vision of the company or organization that they work for.
In any organization if there is one who is not trying to “work the vision” then they should find another organization to work for. It would be wrong for us to let the organization be led by people who don’t have the vision or are will work the vision into reality. Well, This United States is no different, it has a Vision and Mission Statement that all need to learn and work to fulfill. If you work for any company you are expected to make the vision, purpose and mission statement a reality. As an employee or volunteer one is required to “work the vision”, in the same way those who live here in America, and those working in our government should always remember the Dream and vision statement of our founding fathers.
In our history there were many Great American men who talked about, prayed to and included God in their Political activities. It is very important for us to know our history.
As the Liberal left and the media and some liberal historians try to erase God from our history in order to erase Him from our future. The Political Correctionalists think that they have the answers to our culture. We as Biblical Correctionalists know that without God we are NOTHING, and who do we think we are to think that America has a future without the God of the Bible.
This is a time that we as Christians need to stand up and speak up and be Silent No More in America. Americans need to Learn and know our Christian roots and history in order to have a firm foundation for the future. The Bible says that “if the foundations be removed, what will the righteous do?”
This nations history and birth was from a Christian view that came from the Bible. The history of American Law will take you back to the Declaration of Independence and the views that they had. This nations history goes back even before it was founded, the people who founded it had a Christian world view before they came.
The Mayflower Compact states there purpose to form a government politic and body that would “advance the Christian faith”. Our founding fathers had biblical values, and views. The Declaration of Independence was signed by majority of Christians and one of them being a pastor. Since the birth of this nation until now many things have changed.
Change it has for the worse, today the humanism view that crept into our law making process, and our educational faculties.
The “separation of church and state” as we hear it today is a twisted truth, a lie. The original intent was for 2 reasons; to make sure that the country didn’t have a mandatory religion, but instead gave people the freedom of choice. They didn’t want to force any religion on people even though they were all Christian. The second reason was to protect the church from being ruled by the government. In other words the Government (state) could not interfere with the church’s affairs.
We as Christians need to speak out in our voting, and in our every day activities. We have a  Biblical Mandate to shape our culture. As the Salt and Light of the World, the Lord Jesus Christ has given us a Mandate to influence our culture for Him. As the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ we are not to be walked on and pushed aside so the world can keep going with business as usual.
As Christians we cannot be so heavenly minded that we are no earthly good. We cannot stay in our prayer closet forever, everyone else in our society is coming out of the closet with their views, why not the Christians, who are ordained to be the salt and the light. We as Christians ought to be the law makers, judges, Public school Principles, presidents and congressmen. We as Christians ought to get involved in the political process and help educate society on morality as the Bible teaches it.
It seems that political correctness has become the law of the land instead of God’s Law. It seems that selfish laws rule our hearts instead of the law of Love ruling in our hearts. We must continue to swim up stream as well as help build dams to stop the current and maybe even re direct it in the right direction.
Jesus said that if we are to follow Him that we would be fishers of men. Real Fisherman do not catch fish, just to throw them back into the water. Likewise, as Fishers of Men, who are following Jesus, after we catch a fish we must not let that fish keep going in the flow of the current of political correctness. We must help them become Biblically Correct.
As the salt of the earth, we must not compromise in the name of politically correctness. It is better to be Biblically Correct than Politically Correct. It is better to be right in God’s sight than to be accepted by the world and “go with the flow”. When Jesus said “You are the Salt of the Earth” He was referring to the effects of salt. In those days people used salt to preserve their meat from decay. The salt would preserve from corruption, as well as give good flavor.
Mat 5:13 “You are the salt of the earth. But what good is salt if it has lost its flavor? Can you make it salty again? It will be thrown out and trampled underfoot as worthless.
We as Christians do not want to be worthless. We do not want to be walked upon because we fail to have any flavor. We cannot be lazy and compromising in standing up for what is right in God’s sight. We must make God’s opinions known about political issues. We must vote right in God’s sight even if we were the only Christian in the world, in order for us to truly enjoy God’s blessings we must be obedient in our voting.
We as Christians have influence and flavor, we can influence Holly Wood and the movie makers, we can influence the producers of television sitcoms. We can make it known that we will not view and take part of sin and call it “entertainment”.
We as Christians can use our influence by our buying or not buying of certain items. For example we could tell the store managers that we would like them to take off the magazines from the shelves by the cash register that promote adultery, p o r n and witchcraft or any other thing that God has judged as sin.
Lets be a part of the solution – for example if the world is all moving to the “Pro Choice” view and justifying selfishness and murdering of innocent babies than we as Christians need to vote people in who value Life in the mothers womb. We can also provide good “choices” for the pregnant mother to make other than abortion – like christian adoption agencies or christian programs that help take care of the mother and compensate her for choosing life for the baby instead of d e a t h. Unfortunately many abortions are because these mothers cannot afford to have a baby or are not mature enough.
We as the Salt of the Earth can get involved in our culture and preserve it. We as Christians should seek positions within our culture in order to influence it for Righteousness.
Mat 5:14 “You are the light of the world—like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden.
Mat 5:15 No one lights a lamp and then puts it under a basket. Instead, a lamp is placed on a stand, where it gives light to everyone in the house.
Mat 5:16 In the same way, let your good deeds shine out for all to see, so that everyone will praise your heavenly Father.
Light has influence to change the world. Light has the power to change a situation. Next time you walk into a dark room – try to turn on the light and notice the difference that light makes. Even if you take a tiny candle into a Dark room you will see a Big change and a difference.
Jesus Never intended for His church to hide their lights. Jesus Christ said that He will build His Church and the Gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Darkness cannot prevail against the light. Darkness cannot put the light out or overcome the light. Light always wins over darkness when the light is turned on.If we keep our lights on we will make a Difference wherever we go. Darkness will disappear when we step into the room.
As the Lights of the World we do not carry a literal candle or flashlight but we carry spiritual Light. We carry the Word of God, we carry Moral Integrity and Spiritual Intensity. We represent the True Light – Jesus Christ and we represent God and His Kingdom. We represent was is right in God’s sight.
The book of James says that “Faith without works is dead” and that people will see our faith by our good works. We should show our culture and world that God loves them and that He offers them His Help in times of trouble.

We are Delivered from this Present Evil Age
Here is a portion of my book “Prophetic Grace – God’s Set Time”

Delivered From this Present Evil Age
By Dr. Jonathan Doctor © 2009
Galatians 1:3-5 Grace to you and peace from God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, 4 who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father, 5 to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
As I recently was reading and studying I noticed that the King James version of the above scripture translates the word “age” as “world” as the New King James version translates this word as “age”. As I went to the original Greek I found that the New King James Version is more correct as shown above. The Greek word is aion and it is defined as followed:
In the Thayer’s Definition of the Greek it says:
1) for ever, an unbroken age, perpetuity of time, eternity
2) the worlds, universe
3) period of time, age
In the Strong’s Definition it says:
An age, specifically (Jewish) a Messianic period (present or future): – age, course, eternal.
This word refers to period of time, depending on its usage. In Galatians 1:4 says that Christ gave Himself for our sins THAT He might DELIVER US FROM THIS PRESENT EVIL AGE. In this Present age satan has authority, we often say that “satan is defeated” and he is to the believer who is delivered from the power of darkness (col. 1:12-13) and has been translated into the Kingdom of God.
Satan is disarmed, dethroned and defeated because of the blood of Jesus that was shed at the cross as well as the resurrection of our Lord has sealed his defeat. But satan does have a sway of influence and does still rule over this present evil world and age.
2 Corin. 4:3-4 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing, 4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
But the good news is that Christ gave us His Authority to be used in the Great Commission and Commandment to GO to the lost and Preach the Good News, to bring them the Light of the Glorious Gospel.
2 Corin. 10:11 Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
It is clear by Biblical Prophecy and the news that we are in the Last Days, the End of the Age, the Time of the End. As bad as that may sound,it is actually not bad at all. Doom and Gloom preaching has it’s rightful place to those who refuse to repent of their wicked ways but the Gospel means Good News, and there is Good News in this end of the age.
Ephesians 2:7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
Paul, by the Holy Spirit wrote this ages ago. He was talking about our day and time – the days of Grace – a specific set time for God’s Prophetic Grace and favor. God is going to put on a “show” (vs. 7) in your life in this age, in this specific set time..
Col. 1:26 the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but now has been revealed to His saints. (see Ephesians 3:5,9)
The Spirit of Truth is the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation, He is the same Spirit that raised Jesus Christ from the dead, He is the same power that worked in the book of Acts (the book of Action) He is the same power working in you if you are born again and have received the mighty Baptism of the Holy Spirit. His mission has not changed, our mission has not changed and God has made available His Last Day – end of the age anointing and grace to equip us to do the works of Jesus and even Greater (John 14:12-14)
We DO NOT have a watered down power or a watered down Holy Spirit, we don’t receive the third cousin of the Godhead, NO, we receive GOD HIMSELF as in the PERSON of the Holy Spirit.
Ephesians 1:19-21 and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power 20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, 21 far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come.
Romans 8:11 also declares that the same resurrection power of the Holy Spirit lives in you and will quicken you, spirit , soul and body (see also John 6:63). I believe that you are being QUICKENED as you read this, the Holy Ghost is stirring YOU up.
Ephesians 6:12-13 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
As I said earlier, there is an enemy to the Gospel, and in this present age we must resist him in prayer and in deed by going to the lost and bringing them the light of the glorious Gospel. We have a Mandate to God that will take sacrifice on our part. Sacrifice is entry level Christianity, Jesus said we must take up our cross daily and follow Him. He said if we follow Him He will MAKE US Fishers of men.
Matthew 28:18-20 Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 “teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
Jesus Promises that in these last days, in this “end of the age” this “end of time” that He will be with us as we MAKE DISCIPLES (disciples means to teach students or taught ones). As we Make DISCIPLES, BAPTIZE and TEACH in this end of the ages that He will be with us assisting us. As we obey the Great Commission and Make Disciples, Baptize and Teach as He has commanded that we will have His Presence to assist us.
The Great Commission account in Mark 16 says that as we Preach and declare His Word that He will be present confirming it with signs that follow. Praise the Lord, it excites me to obey the Great Commission, how about YOU? It excites me to obey the Great Commission and teach , make disciples and baptize new believers, anything else would be powerless disobedience.
1 Corin. 3:18 Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise.
Finally my brethren I close with these thoughts, We are Delivered from this present evil age so we can GO and bring deliverance to others. We are redeemed and delivered from the evils of this present world system in order to show this world the GRACE of GOD and Shine.
1 Corin. 2:6-8 However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, 8 which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.
If satan understood the Prophetic Grace given to us in this age he would never had crucified the Lord of Glory and sealed his own defeat.
Finally, as we are living in the Last and final age – the Last Days, we must remember that we are the ones hand picked by God to live in these days. He did NOT chose the great Apostles we read about to live in 2008 or beyond but God Chose YOU and I to preach the Gospel of Grace in power, wisdom, and with the conviction of the Holy Ghost who is with us and helping us as the Lord confirms every word.
Matthew 12:32 “Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.
You are delivered from this present evil age and its threats of poverty, sickness, debt, and terrorism. You are in this world but not of this world, be of good cheer, Jesus has overcome the world, and 1 John 5:4 says by our faith we overcome the world as well.
Matthew 24:3-4 Now as He sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” 4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you……….
Share your deliverance with others, invite them into Christ, tell them the Gospel of Grace.

Weapons That Work
The weapon of Praise (How to stop the enemy) By. Dr. Jonathan Doctor

Eph. 3:20 Amp. Psalms 8:2  Matt. 21:16

Whatever you need that you don’t have, Praise God for it now, and see the breakthrough come to pass. Release “Praise Warfare” against the enemies  (Psa. 149:1-     Psa. 68:1-   Psa. 8:2) Praising God binds the enemies and brings God’s Word to pass. Praising God is the activator to the presence and power of God. (Exodus 15:10-11) Your praise brings God on the scene (Psa.22:3)

God has ordained your mouth for victory. (Psa. 8:2  Matt. 21:16)
God has ordained YOUR mouth to stop HIS enemies. The word “strength” in the Hebrew means: force, security, majesty, praise, boldness, loud, power, might and strength. The translators translated David’s word  “strength” and in Matthew they translated Jesus’ Quote from Psalms 8:2 as “Praise.”   They are the same.  (Jesus spoke the Psalm in its original language)

The word used for “still” means: To cause to desist, stop, to make stop, to put away, to cause or to make fail.
        1. God needs your mouth to speak His Victory.
        2. God needs your mouth to enforce the Victory.
        3. God depends on you, He needs you.
        4. Use the weapon of praise, Use the weapon of your mouth, speak His word, Speak His Praise.
God’s Weapons that He has given us:

The Name and the Blood of Jesus,
The Word of God,
Our testimony/declaration of what the blood of Jesus has done (Revelation 12:11)
Stop complaining and start Praising and thanking God.

Examples of what to do when facing enemies:
• Read: Acts 4 :24-33   2 chronicles 20:1-10, 20-23   Acts 16:25-26    (Behold)
• The battle is the Lord’s
        1. No praise, no victory
        2. Little praise, little victory
        3. Big praise, Big victory
        4. Praise and Thanks to God is the highest kind of action of your faith, it is the language of faith.
• As we Praise and worship God we invite the delivering power of God upon us and those around us.
As we praise and worship God the Hand of the Lord moves upon us and others to set them free from demonic oppression.  (2 Kings 3:1,14-15   1 Sam. 16:23 ) As we give the sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving we are delivered out of “the belly of a whale” situation and placed into God’s purpose and plan. (Jonah 2:9-10)
Paul and Silas knew how to set the captives free (Acts 16:25-26)
Let the redeemed of the Lord say so! ( Psalms 107:1-2) Say What!?

Let the redeemed of the Lord say thanks for He is Good and His mercy endureth forever! Oh that men would praise the Lord for His goodness, and for His wonderful works to the children of men. That statement was repeated in psalms 107: 8,15,21,31
In this Psalm the point is made that we (the redeemed) should use our mouths and give thanks and praise to God for His goodness and Mercy.

Other benefits and reasons why should we Praise God.
    1. God Shows up
    2. God inhabits the Praise of Him, God is enthroned by Praise, God’s Spirit comes to us as we Praise God
    3. There is Power released in Praising the Lord, Gods Victory is enforced, His ability is released.
    4. Its a Good Thing
    5. Because He is Worthy   (1 Chron. 5:12-14)
    6. Because we were created for the purpose of Praising Him and our life will not be fulfilled until you do what you were created and purposed to do.
    7. For blessing, honor, promotion and increase. (Psalms 67:5-6)
    8. To be “marked” with God’s Grace and Blessing
    9. God’s presence brings prosperity, blessing and victory
    10. Praising God brings the infilling and enduement of the power of the Holy Spirit.
       (2 Chron. 5:13-14 Luke 24:49-53   Acts 1:13-15   2:1-4)
    11. Worshipping God causes God to remove sickness from your midst. (Ex. 23:25)
    12. Worshipping God brings the Hand of the Lord to move in your life.
    13. Rejoicing and Praising God brings great glory.
    14. Thanking God causes increase and multiplication in the Church.  (Jer.30:19-20 Acts 2:47)
    15. Praising God keeps your faith active and strong. (Rom. 10:17  Rom. 4:20-21)

Pro 28:12  When righteous [men] do rejoice, [there is] great glory:…..

1 Chron. 16:35-36 NKJV …….  To give thanks to Your holy name, To triumph in Your praise. 36 Blessed be the Lord God of Israel From everlasting to everlasting! And all the people said, “Amen!”  and praised the Lord.

There are at least 10 Hebrew words for “Praise” in Old Testament

1. Zamar = Praise God with your music (what are you listening to?)

2. Tehillah = Praise God with a hymn, (a hyme is defined as a song that tells a story / of what God has done)

3. Yadah = Lifting up of hands (psalms 118:1)

4. Todah = Lifting up of hands and singing a song as a choir (Psalms 116:17)

5. Berach = bending knee, kneeling (Psalms 115:18)

6. Shabach = a loud glorifying tone a shout of victory a shout of joy (Psalms 117:1)

7. Hailal = leaping, dancing, jumping and twirling. Rejoice!! (Psalms 113:1)
8. Ruwm = To exalt, magnify, extol, to lift up, to set on high (psalms 118:28)
9. Giyl = To spin around under the influence of emotion (psalm 118:24)
10. Qara = to call out, to preach, to proclaim, to cry unto (Psalms 116:2)

Example from my own life:

in my own life I was standing in faith for healing of a sickness, I read those scriptures and I heard A great Message  on reasons why we should Praise God. I put it to practice and started to Praise God out loud and tell Him how Good He is and I even started thanking Him for Healing (even though i didn’t feel better) I continued to Praise God, (it may sound foolish but sometimes God’s Weapons can look a little foolish) But my health and life depended on it, so I started Rejoicing, jumping and Praising God like a 10 year old would do. In my home when no one was home but God and I, I gave Him what I like to say as ‘crazy praise’  The devil hates it!  Anyway, my Healing manifested, and I also received a financial increase… now I know of at least one weapon that works!  Praising God is a Spiritual Warfare tactic that Breaks through every Barrior of the devil!
As we Act in Faith and ask God to Heal us or ask Him for whatever, after we ask Him we need to be in faith… so the next thing to do in faith is Thank Him for giving you what you asked for.  and Praise God for Answering your prayers… Praising and Thanking God in Faith as well as Speaking the Word is i believe the highest kind of faith expressed towards God.
If you go back to my little post and look up the scriptures you will see examples as well as you will see what the Bible has to say about using His Weapons.
God’s Word says His weapons are Mighty to the pulling down of Strongholds… He has given us a Sword of the spirit (His Word) A Shield of faith (His Word) The Name of Jesus, the Blood of Jesus, Authority over the devil, Love for our enemies. He has given us a whole arsenol of weapons in His Word.

God’s Warning to the Lukewarm Christian
Lukewarmness will not be Raptured, but spewed out!
“Characteristics of new Christians include being on fire for God and having an unquenchable zeal for the things of the Lord. Young Christians are eager to learn and to be involved in everything their church has to offer. Unfortunately, over time, the fire and zeal begin to fade and are replaced with complacency, lukewarm feelings and indifference. It is time to rekindle the fire and continue gaining knowledge of God, as well as being busy in the things of God. ”    Dr. Creflo Dollar
Rekindle your fire for God. After becoming born again, joining a church and growing in the things of God, many people become complacent. Complacent means, “self-satisfied and unconcerned.” It is a state of being happy with where you are and not desiring to move forward. The children of Israel became complacent in the wilderness. They were content to stay in the land of “just enough” instead of moving to the land of “more than enough.”
People who do not want to be involved in church activities, who do not volunteer or who cut back on their church attendance use many excuses for not attending or being involved in church. It’s raining; I’m tired; I’m too busy, etc. The list can be endless. God will never become complacent toward us or our prayers. Take a moment to examine your life and ask: Where is my zeal? Where is my fire? What happened to my passion? Be careful not to neglect spending time at church with other Believers (Hebrews 10:25, AMP). By coming together, people are able to encourage one another.
People sometimes find it hard to stir themselves up and get excited about God after they have gained extensive knowledge about Him. It’s up to the pastor to remind the congregation of what they know and for the people to remember what God has done for them (2 Peter 1:12-13).
Lukewarm is a better description of people’s attitudes than complacency. It is described as not being zealous, which is being passionate, eager, enthusiastic, earnest, fervent and heartfelt. Newly born-again Christians are usually zealous. Revelation 3:14-20 (AMP) is the only place in the Bible where the term lukewarm is used. God wanted the church of Laodicea to be either hot or cold instead of lukewarm. A lukewarm person causes God to vomit. Some people who obtain wealth become lukewarm because they feel they have received everything that they need from God and don’t need anything else from Him. These people do not realize that they have lost their zeal. Jesus said they are wretched, miserable, poor, blind and naked (v. 17, KJV). Jesus wants us to be truly wealthy, which we can only receive through Him by being “enthusiastic, earnest and burning with zeal” (v. 19, AMP).
The key to overcoming being lukewarm is to repent and have a change of attitude. As a person continues to grow in the knowledge of God and His Word, the individual should continue to express passion, enthusiasm and zeal for the Lord (Romans 10:2).

Paul’s Thorn
by Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.
The term “thorn in the flesh” is used in the old testament as well as New Testament. The term NEVER indicated a sickness, but of people. In Numbers 33:55 “thorn in your side” was referring to the inhabitants of Canaan.
In Joshua 23:13 the expression refers to the heathen nation of Canaan. We see that in these two examples the “thorn” was referring to people and personalities, not sicknesses to bear in order to keep humble.
In Paul’s case, he specifically states what his “Thorn in the flesh” was; a “messenger of satan”. It is very important to understand the original meaning of the original language when it comes to understanding the Bible. This word for “messenger” in the King James is actually the same original word for Angels or Apostles, it appears 188 times and it means a sent one, and always refers to a person, not a sickness.
Paul’s Thorn was a messenger (sent) from the devil. Preachers and Teachers have taught in “religious” circles that Paul’s “thorn” was an eye disease or even some say an unconverted, unsubmitted wife… but Paul tells us what it was , a messenger of satan…sent by satan, not God.
Paul’s thorn was sent by the devil for a reason… why? Paul answers this question as well… “to buffet” him. the word buffet means to give blow after blow (Matt. 26:67 Mark 14:65 1 Corin. 4:11 1 Peter 2:20 )
It is obvious that Paul suffered from this messenger of satan… but NEVER does the word buffet mean to strike with sickness… Paul was constantly harassed by the devil.
here is a short list of what Paul was buffeted with.
1. Acts 9:23 they wanted to kill Paul
2. Acts 9:26-29 he was hindered
3. Acts 13:6-12 he was opposed
4. Acts 13:44-49 he was opposed again
5. Acts 13:50 he was expelled from Antioch in Pisidia
6. Acts 14:1-5 He was mobbed and expelled again.
7. Acts 14:6-19 he was stoned (with rocks) and left for dead.
8. Acts 19:8 he had to confront false brethren
9. Acts 16:12-40 he was beaten and jailed at Phillipi
10. Acts 17:1-10 he was mobbed and expelled from Thessalonica.
11. Acts 17:10-14 he was mobbed and expelled from Berea.
12. Acts 18:1-23 he was mobbed at Corinth.
13. Acts 19:23-31 he was mobbed at Ephesus.
14. Acts 20:3 There was a plot against his life.
15. He was later seized and tried in court 5 times and suffered other buffeting
In 2 Corin. chapter 11+12 and chapter 6 also include the things that Paul suffered by the hands of this messenger of satan.
We see from the above “buffeting that not one instant did Paul suffer sickness or an eye disease. Paul was Healed of his blindness when the Lord sent a believer to him to pray and lay hands on him to “receive his sight” and “be filled with the Holy Spirit”.
Paul’s thorn was also sent to stop him from being exalted above measure.
Paul was given Many Revelations…hence the Epistles… I go out on a limb to say that contrary to religious traditional teaching that Paul was not given a thorn in the flesh to keep him from pride. To exalted in this scripture means to lift up, to promote, to be given a platform .. not pride… (Although it other places it does refer to being haughty BUT SATAN WOULD NEVER TRY TO STOP YOU OR I FROM falling into sin) Satan would not try to stop people from pride… thats his biggest temptation… Thats the sin that threw him out of heaven.
I believe that satan was trying to stop Paul from getting the Gospel of Grace out to the world… Trying to stop the Epistles from being written… try to stop you from receiving the Revelation of Redemption.
Praise God! We can read Paul’s Revelation of Redemption in his Epistles… we can find out who we are in Christ and put satan in his place.
When Paul talked about “infirmity” in the epistles it did not refer to sickness, but weakness or coming short. In Romans 8 Paul says that the Spirit Helps our infirmities… meaning that He prays what we do not know how-what to pray, our weakness in prayer – our in ability to know what to pray exactly –
In referring to Paul’s thorn it refers to weakness in being victorious over these harassments of the devil… God’s Grace is Sufficient…
There is so much more to share God is Good.

Our Covenant of Grace – What it IS and What it is NOT
Mat 11:28 (The Message) “Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest.
Mat 11:29 Walk with me and work with me–watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you.
Mat 11:30 Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly.”
God’s Unmerited Favor will  set you free from the deceptions of the “religion” of works and trying to earn God’s favor and acceptance. The Good News of the Gospel is that it is called a Gospel of Grace. The Bible is a book of covenants, and as Christians we are included in the Covenant of Grace.
God is a God of Grace, the Spirit of God is called the Spirit of Grace, The Word of God is called the Word of Grace, the Gospel we  preach is a Gospel of Grace, and the Apostle Paul declared; “Let him be cursed” who preaches another Gospel. The Bible says that we can “fall from Grace” and that we can actually become cursed if we try to keep the law and earn our way with God.
The good news is that the promises of God are a free Gift of God to Us in Christ. The good news is that we have inherited thousands of God’s promises and more good news is that we don’t have to earn them. As people learn this Gospel truth about God’s unmerited favor, they will stop burning themselves out trying to earn their salvation blessings through their religious efforts. As people learn to receive by faith and grace what Christ died to earn them they will enter into rest, peace, security and a blessed richness of Abundant Life.
God has said in Psalm 111:5 that He will ever be mindful of His Covenant. The Covenant of Grace that we are included in is a Covenant between A Perfect and Holy God and a Perfect and Holy Man. The problem is that we can NEVER live up to the conditions of the Covenant, man can never be that perfect. That’s where Jesus – the Christ came as a Holy God-Man – the last Adam and the second Man. Jesus did our part of the covenant, he fulfilled all righteousness on our behalf, he took our place on the cross to take the punishments we deserve for being covenant breakers. Jesus also took our place as a Man fulfilling all the obligations of the law and covenant, that’s why He said “It is Finished!” Once for all thank God it is finished.
This Covenant is between Perfection and Perfection, it is a Holy Covenant and without Christ we cannot take part in it. Galatians 3:16 says that as God was making Covenant with Abraham He was actually making covenant with Christ – the seed. If we belong to Christ we are included in the Covenant. If we don’t belong to Christ than we are as Ephesians 2 describes; cut off from the covenants of promise and without hope and without God.
What is Grace, what is it NOT

Grace IS simply a Free Gift. In most cases Grace in the Bible refers to God’s Unmerited Favor; In other words, unmerited is another way of saying Free; or you get it even though you didn’t earn, merit or pay for it. I want to point out that God’s Free Gift of Grace and Favor is NOT a LICENSE to sin.
After study of the Word of God I am a firm believer that Once your saved YOU ARE NOT ALWAYS SAVED. Unfortunately people CAN walk away from Christ After they received Him. Why anyone would want to walk away from their Salvation I don’t know, perhaps it is because they have been taught that God’s Grace justifies their sinning. In fact God’s Grace does not justify you to sin. God’s Grace is part of God’s Character,
Jesus is a perfect example of the Character of Grace. Lets look at the Word to see my point.
John 8:3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
John 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
John 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
John 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with [his] finger wrote on the ground, [as though he heard them not].
John 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
John 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
John 8:9 And they which heard [it], being convicted by [their own] conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, [even] unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
John 8:10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
John 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
John 5:5 NLT One of the men lying there had been sick for thirty- eight years.
John 5:6 When Jesus saw him and knew he had been ill for a long time, He asked him, “Would you like to get well?”
John 5:7 “I can’t, sir,” the sick man said, “for I have no one to put me into the pool when the water bubbles up. Someone else always gets there ahead of me.”
John 5:8 Jesus told him, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and walk!”
John 5:9 Instantly, the man was healed! He rolled up his sleeping mat and began walking! But this miracle happened on the Sabbath,
John 5:10 so the Jewish leaders objected. They said to the man who was cured, “You can’t work on the Sabbath! The law doesn’t allow you to carry that sleeping mat!”
John 5:11 But he replied, “The man who healed me told me, ‘Pick up your mat and walk.'”
John 5:12 “Who said such a thing as that?” they demanded.
John 5:13 The man didn’t know, for Jesus had disappeared into the crowd.
John 5:14 But afterward Jesus found him in the Temple and told him, “Now you are well; so stop sinning, or something even worse may happen to you.”
I want you to notice that Jesus Restored the woman in Adultery and forgave her and did not condemn her but said “go and sin no more”. You see Grace will Forgive and Restore a person BUT Grace also says “Go and sin No More”. Also notice the paralyzed man who was made whole, Grace Healed him but Grace also said “Stop sinning or something worse will happen“.
You see the problem in some churches today is that they go too far to the right or too far to the left. They either Condemn a saint for their sins, or they make Grace a License to sin and do whatever because they believe that “Once saved Always Saved”. The True Meaning of Grace is Restoration, Healing and ‘Go sin no more’, live a Holy life.
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
Tit 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Tit 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
Tit 2:14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Tit 2:15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
So the balanced teaching and definition of Grace when related to sin is to Restore, Heal, Deliver and then Go and sin no more. Correction has its place, but don’t let Condemnation keep you or anyone else from Restoration, Healing and every other benefit of Grace. Grace Teaches us to Live Holy Lives.
The Once saved Always saved teaching cannot be a correct aspect of Grace. Just like a man and a woman come together in Holy Matrimony; as they do, they make a commitment to be together until death if need be. Unfortunately many marriages end up in divorce even though they made a commitment to be united forever. Someone in that marriage walked away from that Covenant, in the case of Marriage, sometimes they both walk away from their Covenant and Commitment to God and each other. Our God does not walk away from His Covenant with us; man always is the one to walk away from God.
The Covenant of Grace Defined
A covenant is: a mutual, binding obligation between two or more individuals, who, contingent upon certain conditions, promise certain things to each other. Between God and man there is therefore such a covenant of grace in the true sense of the word.
This COVENANT OF GRACE is a holy, magnificent, well–ordered, and eternal agreement or treaty between the all–sufficient, good, omnipotent, righteous, faithful, true, and immutable God on the one side, and on the other side with man, who by nature are born sinful, condemnable, impotent, abominable, with a hateful nature.
The New Testament Word for Covenant carries the meaning that God fulfills both His and our requirements of the demands of the Law. He not only took the Punishment for us being covenant breakers but Also Fulfilled the Righteous requirements of the Law for us… making us Righteous and worthy to receive the Blessings of the Covenant.
In this covenant God promises deliverance from all evil and the bestowal of full salvation by grace through the Mediator Jesus Christ. Man, fully delighting himself in these promises, with all his heart accepts the way revealed in the Word of God, whereby these promised benefits are to be obtained.
In doing so, the sinner, by way of the covenant, surrenders himself to God and becomes justified by faith through Jesus Christ. God, for the assurance of the covenant seals the Covenant by His own blood shed at the cross and remembered by means of Holy Communion, all this to the magnification of His free and unfathomable grace.
In order for someone to have dealings with God by way of a covenant, and to get the proper advantage from this established covenant of Grace, this person must be clearly convinced in his heart that:
Ÿ         God establishes a covenant with man;
Ÿ         Invites man to enter into a covenant with Him;
Ÿ         That man is permitted to have and can have, and does have covenant dealings with God.
Scriptural Evidence for the Existence of the Covenant of Grace
Genesis 15 describes, along with various noteworthy circumstances, the covenant transaction between God and Abraham. In it God, accommodating Himself to the manner of men, commanded Abraham to slaughter animals, cut them in half, and place the pieces opposite each other. Abraham was obedient, agreed, and prepared everything. God then allowed a smoking furnace and a burning lamp to proceed between these pieces, and thus established a covenant with Abraham.
“And I will establish My covenant between Me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee” (Gen. 17:7);
“. . . I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel . . . this shall be the covenant . . . I will put My law in their inward parts . . . and will be their God, and they shall be My people” (Jer. 31:31, 33);
“And they shall be my people, and I will be their God: And I will give them one heart, and one way, that they may fear Me for ever, for the good of them, and of their children after them. And I will make an everlasting covenant with them” (Jer. 32:38–40).
     The New Testament also makes frequent mention of this covenant. Among others, this is confirmed in the following: Galatians 3:16,29 “To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember His holy covenant” (Luke 1:72);
“. . . being aliens from the covenants of promise . . .” (Eph. 2:12);
“By so much was Jesus made a Surety of a better testament” (Heb. 7:22);
“the Mediator of a better covenant” (Heb. 8:6).
Consider also those scriptures which speak of men entering into that covenant.
“Yield yourselves unto the LORD” (2 Chronicles. 30:8);
“And they entered into a covenant to seek the LORD God of their fathers with all their heart and with all their soul” (2 Chronicles. 15:12);
“and I will bring you into the bond of the covenant” (Ezek. 20:37);
“And because of all this we make a sure covenant” (Neh. 9:38).

This is also the meaning of Isaiah 44:5: “One shall say, I am the Lord’s . . . and another shall subscribe with his hand unto the LORD.”
All these scriptures clearly confirm that there is a covenant transaction between God and believers, and that it is initiated from God’s side by way of promise, and from the side of man by acceptance and surrender.
As a person repents and turns and surrenders their life to Christ they are entering this covenant, as they commit themselves to Christ and to live a New Life they will receive their New Heart (Jeremiah 31:31-34  Ezekiel 11:19-20 Ezekiel 36: 25-28). This New Heart is a Circumcised Heart (Col. 2:11) circumcised by Christ Himself. As a believer goes through water baptism they are showing by outward manifestation an inward change of heart having their new circumcised heart.
This New Heart (Jeremiah 31:31-34 Ezekiel 11:19-20 Ezekiel 36: 25-28) has now the new nature and Love of God (Romans 5:5) they are New Creations (2 Corin. 5:17) and the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-24) as their outward proof of their salvation experience. They are now living for Christ as a Covenant People, no longer living for themselves, like the Apostle Paul they can say “I am crucified with Christ, it is no longer I who live but Christ Living in me.

Jesus Christ’s Substitutionary Sacrifice For You
by: Rev. Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.
Jesus’ sinless life and sustitutionary death was a great exchange for our sinful lives and eternal death that we deserve. Christ suffered once for sin, the just for the unjust. He brought us to God by being put to death in the fl esh. The blood of an innocent animal had to be shed so Adam and Eve could be brought to God. The death of an innocent animal was established in the garden of Eden. The law of first mention is a truth or principle that once established in the Word will remain the same throughout the Word.
Seven foundational truths that were established in the garden of Eden concerning atonement for sin.
     1. God requires the shedding of blood for sin.
     2. The sinner must be covered.
     3. Life is in the blood.
     4. God provides the sacrifice.
     5. God covers the sinner.
     6. The innocent sacrifice dies for the guilty sinner.
     7. God brings judgment on the sacrifice.
The Blood Today
In the Old Covenant, the blood of the sacrifi ces only covered the sin for a year, but in the New Covenant, the blood of Jesus remits and removes our sin forever. The blood is a propitiation for our sins. (Hebrews 9:22; 1 John 2:2 ) Propitiation deals with remission of sins and has a reference to the mercy seat. Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice for us. When Adam and Eve sinned, they died spiritually, but it took 930 years for their bodies to die physically. Spiritual death leads to physical death. Spiritual death means separation from God. When a church or a believer loses sight of the blood of Jesus, they lose their life and power.

Living The NEW Life with God’s Prevailing Purpose
by: Dr. Jonathan Doctor
You can make many plans, but the LORD’s purpose will prevail.
Proverbs 19:21 (NLT)
We live in a day and time that many on this earth have lost purpose and direction; where many are seeking wisdom and counsel for the answers to their problems and circumstances. This is a day and time that the securities of life are being shaken to a point of desperation and confusion.
In the Midst of all this God has given us the answers, He has given us a GPS system that can not break or misguide us. Many are man’s purposes and plans but at the end of the day only God’s Purposes will Prevail. If you are a Christian, God has given you the answer – its not far away locked in a cave somewhere –
God has given us answers and direction in this life as well as in the time to come. God’s Holy Word – the Bible has the answer for mankind in these perilous times. Not only has God given us His Word but He has given His people His Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us in the right direction.
In this book you will discover the Truths and Blessings of Living the New Life in God’s Prevailing Purpose. As New Creations in Christ – as New Covenant Christians living in the New Covenant of Grace we have the advantage of succeeding in the purpose of God on this earth.
Section I
Born A-New
For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live].
Eph. 2:10 (Amp.)
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.
Eph. 2:10 (NLT)
Chapter 1
A New Creation
2 Cor. 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
The foundation for every believer should start with this scripture. I will use this scripture many times in this book. Repetition is needed in order to really catch the heart of God. Do not just skim over this scripture but read it slowly and stop and think, meditate and even speak it out of your mouth.
To be a New Creation means to be a New Species that never existed before. A Brand New Person with a Brand New Heart with a Brand New Start. Today can be your New Day to Live your New Life with God’s Prevailing Purpose. When a person accepts Jesus Christ and gives their heart and life to Him, in turn He gives them His Heart and Life.
Christianity is not a religion, it’s a relationship with God and a Supernatural Life, It’s a Life that we receive. Eternal Life is not a place in heaven, but the actual Heart and Life of God given to you in place of your heart and life. Eternal Life is something that we can experience here on earth, it is part of being a New Creation.
The First Man and Woman:  From Life to Death
Divine, Eternal life was the kind of life God intended for man to enjoy on this earth. But when Adam and Eve sinned, an immediate separation between God and man took place.
God had told Adam and Eve that two trees stood in the Garden: the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. God commanded them not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, warning them,
“…In the day that you eat of it you shall surely die” (Gen. 2:17).
Adam and Eve ate of the forbidden fruit. God’s words were very clear. He said, “…In the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.” Adam and Eve died spiritually at the moment of their disobedience, although they remained physically alive. At the very moment they ate of that fruit, they went through a major change—literally being taken out of life and into death.
Multitudes of people are walking on this earth today who remain dead, even though their bodies are still alive. They are dead souls walking, until a person connects with God and makes Jesus the Lord of his life – until God’s Eternal Life and Resurrection power lives on the inside of him—that person is just a walking dead man.
The story of the gospel is the story of God’s commitment to mankind to provide a way for man to escape the destiny of eternal death and a physical hell and to once more be able to experience His divine, Eternal Life. Jesus went all the way into death and hell so He can make available the Free Gift of Eternal Life to every man and woman on the face of the earth!
Regeneration “Ye Must be born again“
“All praise to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is by His great mercy that we have been born again, because God raised Jesus Christ from the dead. Now we live with great expectation, ” (1 Peter 1:3 NLT).
We are New creations in Christ Jesus, we are born again, born from above, our spirits, our hearts have been changed, and now the Holy Spirit lives inside us. We don’t desire to sin anymore like we used to. This change on the inside of us is described in scripture by different terms here are just a few for now.
1. “Born a New” – Eph. 2:10 (Amp.)
2. “Creating anew” – Eph. 4:24
3. “Begetting”  James 1:18
4. “Born of God” – 1 John 5:1, 4-5
5. “Quickening” – John 5:21; Eph. 2:5
6. “Called out of darkness into marvelous light” – 1 Peter 2:9
7. “Regenerated” or “Regeneration” – Titus 3:5
Those who have experienced this New Birth have become Born A – New. The scriptures further describe the people who have received this New Life as:
1. To be “Alive from the dead” or “made alive” – Rom. 6:13; Eph. 2:1
2. To be “God’s workmanship” – Eph. 2:10
3. To be “New Creations” – Gal. 6:15; 2 Corin. 5:17
4. To be “born again” or “born from above” – John 3:3,7; 1 Peter 1:23
5. To be “ born of the Spirit” John 3:6, 8
The scriptures make it clear that we must have this experience. Some people think that eternal life is the life they will have when they get to Heaven. Eternal life, however, is something we have right now! Eternal life is the life of God. It is the God-kind of life. Eternal life is the nature of God, which comes into our spirit to recreate us and make us a new creature; to change our nature. If you have Accepted Christ, you have within you the nature of God, which is love;
“By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another” (John 13:35).
When we have been born again and have the nature of God abiding within us, we can develop our spirit to higher levels. It is very important that after we are Born – A- New that we find a good Bible Teaching and Preaching Church where you can get the Word of God. Thank God church is not the only place where you can get the Word of God, in these days and times we have the Bible taught on T.V., radio, internet and books, cd’s and Dvd’s.
It is very important that you get planted in a church under a Good Anointed Pastor who can care for you spiritually and feed you the Word of God. Someone you can talk to and ask questions in order to learn as you continue to read your Bible and feed on the Word of God.
“Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust” (2 Peter 1:4).
When you became a child of God, God imparted His own nature – eternal life – to you. This life, this nature, this being, instantly changed your spirit. You passed from spiritual death, into life.
“If we love our Christian brothers and sisters, it proves that we have passed from death to life. But a person who has no love is still dead” (1 John 3:14 NLT)
You passed from the dominion of Satan into the dominion of Christ. When you received eternal life, the sinful, selfish  nature was taken out of you. The corruption from which you have escaped is spiritual death, the sinful nature
“And because of His glory and excellence, He has given us great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share His divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires” (2 Peter 1:4 NLT).
That sinful nature was actually taken out of you. Second Corinthians 5:17 states, “…old things are passed away….” And God’s nature came into you. Now you are a partaker of God’s divine nature – the nature of God – the life of God!  If you have been born again, God’s life is in you, God’s nature is in you, God’s ability is in you, God’s wisdom is in you. You are partakers of His divine nature and character now.

Heaven For Hell
by Dr. Jonathan Doctor
The prophets of old prophesied this grace and salvation that is availablefor our day and time. When people understand the awesome price paid for their salvation, when people grasp these redemptive truths, they also gratefully grasp and receive the grace and salvation offered to them now in these last days of grace.

Jesus Went to Hell

Knowing that Jesus went to hell and suffered and was roasted like a Passover lamb was roasted with fire, knowing that he did it in my place, in my stead—instead of me—causes great praise and gratitude to God for his amazing prophetic grace planned from before time. Thank God for the price he paid for our salvation.
Do not eat it raw, nor boiled at all with water, but roast it in fire, its head with its legs and its entrails.
Exodus 12:9
What is the reason for this? The lamb roasted in fire is a type of the true lamb, the Lord Jesus Christ, who burned in hell for three days and nights on our behalf. The only argument from those who disagree with this point of view is found in Luke 23.  They say Jesus went to paradise and not to hell.
And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”
Luke 23:43
Remember, this was written in Greek and not in English. There are no periods, commas, or punctuation marks in the Greek. Therefore it could read this way:
And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you today, you will be with me in Paradise.”
Luke 23:43
This man went immediately into Paradise into the heart of the earth. No one went into the Father’s presence in heaven until Jesus had risen from the dead. Where was Jesus during those three days and nights? He wasn’t with the Father in heaven. After his resurrection from the dead, Jesus spoke to Mary and said, “Do not touch Me, for I have not ascended to My Father” ( John 20:17).

Jesus told us where he was in Matthew 12:40: “For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.”
Here are two Scriptures that tell us that Jesus went to hell: (Ephesians 4:9, Psalm 88). Jesus went down there to suffer our punishment.
Here is the fourth scripture to prove that Jesus went to hell. Peter the Apostle is preaching to a crowd of three thousand people in Acts 2:27. Let’s listen to his message.

Because you will not leave my soul in Hades [hell], nor will you allow your holy one to see corruption.
Acts 2:27 (nkjv)
Peter is quoting from the writings of King David found in Psalm 15:10. Let’s continue reading from Peter’s sermon.

David, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that his soul was not left in Hades [Hell], nor did his flesh see corruption.
Acts 2:31 (nkjv)
Critics say, “Hades is not a place of flames and torment.” Well Jesus said it was, in Luke 16.
So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom [Paradise]. The rich man also died and was buried. And being in torments in Hades [hell], he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus. Then the evil rich man cried and said, “Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue, for I am tormented in this flame.”
Luke 16:22–24 (nkjv)
Jesus tells us that the evil rich man went to Hades. Peter tells us that the soul went to Hades. Now we have about six Scriptures to prove this. Plus we have the type and shadow – the Passover lamb (which we will look at in a later chapter) was roasted in fire, because that’s where Jesus went for us.
Knowing all that Jesus did and suffered for us should cause us to be more thankful as we worship him. Knowing this will also help us share the gospel with those who are without Christ, if people do not receive Christ than they will have to pay the price for their sin and suffer in hell. Romans 6:23 says “the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life.” Either we accept the free gift of God by receiving Jesus Christ as our Lord or we reject the gift of God and are in debt to pay the wages of sin ourselves. The choice must be made during this set time of grace.

Healing is the Will of God
By Pastor Jonathan Doctor
Things Kids will say… Concerning the Lord’s Prayer (After being taught the Lord’s prayer the children were asked to recite the prayer – in doing so we all had a laugh
3-year-old Reese prayed: “Our Father, Who does art in heaven, Harold is His name.”
3-year old Caitlin was caught praying: “Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from E-mail.”
4-year-old Juan was caught praying: “And forgive us our trash baskets as we forgive those who put trash in our baskets.”
• The Will of God – Healing is the will of God
• The Scriptures reveal the Will of God &
• The Lord’s Prayer reveals the Will of God
READ Matthew 6:9-13
(“Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will be Done on earth as it is in heaven“)
Question: Is there sickness in Heaven? No, So the Lord is telling us to pray God’s Will on earth as it is in heaven. We can be sure It is the Will of God for us to pray for healing
Matthew 8:2-3 2And behold, a leper came and worshiped Him, saying, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” 3Then Jesus put out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
Psalms 103:2-5
2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits:
3 Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases,
4 Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies,
5 Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.
Matt. 6:10, 10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Jesus Christ is the manifested will and word of God in action.
John 1:1, 14; In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. (14) The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.
John 4:34, 34Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.
John 5:30; I do not seek, My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me.
John 6:38 8For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me
John 8:28-29; 28Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. 29And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.” (Healing pleases the Father)
John 14:24, …the word which you hear is not Mine but the Father’s who sent Me.
Matthew 4:23 Jesus traveled throughout the region of Galilee, teaching in the synagogues and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom. And He healed every kind of disease and illness.
• Jesus came to:
John 10:9-10, The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, but I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
1 John 3:5, 8, And you know that He was manifested to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. (vs. 8) ……For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil
To destroy = to undo, or make of no effect.
Acts 10:38, 38how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Malachi 3:6 “For I am the LORD, I do not change;
• What he did He will still do
• We have a covenant Promise of healing
Exodus 15:26, “If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you.”
Exodus 23:25-26; 25“So you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you.
Deut. 7:15, 15And the LORD will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases ….
Prayer Scripture
1Jo 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
1Jo 5:15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
Joh 16:23 ….Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give [it] you.
Mar 11:24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive [them], and ye shall have [them].

satan – The source of sin and sickness
by: J.P. Doctor
1John 3:5 And you know that Jesus came to take away our sins, and there is no sin in Him.
1Jo 3:6 Anyone who continues to live in Him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know Him or understand who He is.
1Jo 3:7 Dear children, don’t let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it shows that they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous.
1 Jo 3:8 But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil.
1Jo 3:9 Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God.
1Jo 3:10 So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God.
Rom 5:12 When Adam sinned, sin entered the world. Adam’s sin brought death, so death spread to everyone, for everyone sinned.
Rom 5:13 Yes, people sinned even before the law was given. But it was not counted as sin because there was not yet any law to break.
Rom 5:14 Still, everyone died—from the time of Adam to the time of Moses—even those who did not disobey an explicit commandment of God, as Adam did. Now Adam is a symbol, a representation of Christ, who was yet to come.
Rom 5:15 But there is a great difference between Adam’s sin and God’s gracious gift. For the sin of this one man, Adam, brought death to many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and His gift of forgiveness to many through this other Man, Jesus Christ.
Rom 5:16 And the result of God’s gracious gift is very different from the result of that one man’s sin. For Adam’s sin led to condemnation, but God’s free gift leads to our being made right with God, even though we are guilty of many sins.
Rom 5:17 For the sin of this one man, Adam, caused death to rule over many. But even greater is God’s wonderful grace and His gift of righteousness, for all who receive it will live in triumph over sin and death through this one Man, Jesus Christ.
Rom 5:18 Yes, Adam’s one sin brings condemnation for everyone, but Christ’s one act of righteousness brings a right relationship with God and new life for everyone.
Rom 5:19 Because one person disobeyed God, many became sinners. But because one other person obeyed God, many will be made righteous.
Rom 5:20 God’s law was given so that all people could see how sinful they were. But as people sinned more and more, God’s wonderful grace became more abundant.
Rom 5:21 So just as sin ruled over all people and brought them to death, now God’s wonderful grace rules instead, giving us right standing with God and resulting in eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Sin originally came from the devil, and he passed it to Adam and Eve by deception. Death came from sin and has been passed down to all men, sickness is death at work. sickness is a result of original sin, maybe not your sin but from original sin, you may have been a good Christian and never sinned but got sick… why?… sickness is out there in the world because “death has passed upon all men” and we as Christians need to take our place in our Covenant right of Redemption from sickness.
So to review “how did sickness enter into the world?” our answer, as I quoted is in Romans 5 that it was by sin…and satan was the originator of sin and the source of sin, sickness and all the spiritual death in the world (that leads to physical death and sickness). Genesis 2:17 and Genesis 3:1-19 shows us that satan caused our first parants to sin, and by that sin, death and sickness entered into the world. I am not saying that there is a demon behind every sickness today, but what I am saying is that sickness comes from death and death from sin and sin from originally from satan who persuaded Adam and Eve to yield to it. Some sickness today are not because of a demon present but because of a chemical imbalance or birth defect… but those come from the original sin that came from the source – satan.
many sicknesses today are caused by an individual’s sin like in John 5:14 but God, by His Mercy and Grace has provided a solution to the sin and sickness problem. Our God has provided a Perfect Salvation that includes healing from sickness and forgiveness from sin. Jesus Christ not only took away our sin but He took away our sickness. God has Provided Eternal Life to replace death. For the wages of sin is death but the gift of God is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ. When a person becomes born-again and receives the Life of God in them they also can receive Healing and Divine Health.

The Prophetic ‘Set Time’ Why now?
By Rev. Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.
Throughout the Word of God we see that God has Appointed ‘set times’ for certain things, Bible Prophecy has been coming to pass at their appointed ‘set times’. We see that God is a Time setter or we could say a date setter, the only date He has left unknown is the Rapture of the Church. Like in the old Jewish Weddings the Bridegroom didn’t know the date that the Father would set for the Wedding, the Father of The Bride always kept the date a secret to the Bride and Bridegroom. But Be certain God has a set time and appointment on His Prophetic Time table and time as we know it is very very short for “the time is at hand” (Revelations 22:10)
Its Time for the Bridegroom to take His Bride away to the Wedding Feast of the Lamb in the House prepared for her. Its time for Jesus Christ to take His church in the Rapture and celebrate the Wedding feast as Tribulation comes upon this earth.
Act 3:18 But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled.
Act 3:19  Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;
Act 3:20  And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you:
Act 3:21  Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.
Act 3:18 NLT  But God was fulfilling what all the prophets had foretold about the Messiah—that He must suffer these things.
Act 3:19  Now repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away.
Act 3:20  Then times of refreshment will come from the presence of the Lord, and He will again send you Jesus, your appointed Messiah.
Act 3:21  For He must remain in heaven until the time for the final restoration of all things, as God promised long ago through His holy prophets.
Act 3:22  Moses said, ‘The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from among your own people. Listen carefully to everything He tells you.’
Act 3:23  Then Moses said, ‘Anyone who will not listen to that Prophet will be completely cut off from God’s people.’
Time is on your side?
The Prophets of Old saw this ‘set time’ they saw these times of refreshing and revival. They saw the outpouring of God’s Spirit and Grace and Favor. They saw the Salvation offered to us. They saw the Times of Restitution and the Coming of The Lord in Great Glory! This passage of scripture says that Jesus must remain in heaven until the Restoration of all things that the Prophets spoke of. In this Prophetic Grace there is Revival and Restoration. I am so thankful that God has included me in this Set Time of Grace, Favor, Blessing, Revival and Restoration.
Restoration means to restore to its former condition. In these Fullness of Times God has Prophetically made a ‘set time’  for Revival and Restoration. Restoration also means to ‘set back in order’ like we see in Ephesians 1.
Eph 1:5GNB  God had already decided that through Jesus Christ he would make us his children—this was his pleasure and purpose.
Eph 1:6  Let us praise God for his glorious grace, for the free gift he gave us in his dear Son!
Eph 1:7  For by the blood of Christ we are set free, that is, our sins are forgiven. How great is the grace of God,
Eph 1:8  which he gave to us in such large measure! In all his wisdom and insight
Eph 1:9  God did what he had purposed, and made known to us the secret plan he had already decided to complete by means of Christ.
Eph 1:10  This plan, which God will complete when the time is right, is to bring all creation together, everything in heaven and on earth, with Christ as head.
Eph 1:11  All things are done according to God’s plan and decision; and God chose us to be his own people in union with Christ because of his own purpose, based on what he had decided from the very beginning.
God is a Date setter and an Appointment maker, He has Destined our Generation and placed us in this Prophetic Grace period with His Message of Grace to All the World.  Can you see from the scriptures that God thinks your special, that He has hand picked you for this ‘set time’ You are a Prophetic People chosen by a Prophetic God with His Prophetic Grace to finish the Race. Jesus Christ is Coming very very soon and soon this Grace will be offered no more. Like I said God Appoints the times and the seasons and He has appointed a Day of Judgment, a Day of Wrath, a Day where He destroys those who rejected His Grace offered to them in our day. He will cast into the Lake of Fire all those who rejected Jesus Christ and the Grace He offers. Be Sober minded and take every opportunity to share the Good News of the Gospel of Grace with those around you.
God uses ordinary people like you and I.
From Moses, to Daniel,  from David to Elijah, from Peter and Paul to You and I, We are all made up of the same materials; We are all a bag of dirt with God’s Spirit. The Bible says that The Great Prophet Elijah was just a man with the same passions as us. When we yield ourselves to God and believe His Word and act on His Word than we who are ordinary can do extraordinary things for God.
Let God use you in our today.
God needs people, ordinary people to be His instruments for this Prophetic day of Grace. For you are called to the Kingdom for such a time as this.
God is a Date Setter.
Ever since God was God He was a Date setter and appointment keeper. In the beginning God did certain things on certain days (Genesis 1)  for certain reasons. In the Levitical Laws He had Set Times For certain celebrations and seasons. The word “feast” (Leviticus 23:1-2)  in the Hebrew is Moab and it means a “set time”. The word “season” in the Hebrew is that same word Moab meaning a set time. Be excited and be patient because we are in the SET TIME of God’s Salvation, Grace, Help…  God and Time is on our side, we are on God’s timetable and prophecy is being fulfilled as you read this book.

Choosing Leaders God’s Way this November
Choosing Leaders God’s Way
By Rev. Jonathan Doctor
In voting and choosing Leaders of or nation, we as Christians or for those who are non-Christians, must choose leaders the way God would want. Even for those who are non-Christians, it would benefit you to choose people to lead our nation who have the qualifications that God requires. The qualifications are listed in the Bible, if we want to know how God would choose, than we must go to the Bible and see how God chose or how tells us to Choose.
Exo 18:21 Moreover thou shalt provide out (choose out) of all the people able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place [such] over them, [to be] rulers of thousands, [and] rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:
First, I would like to simply point out that when God said provide or choose able men. This doesn’t mean that a woman cannot lead, remember there was a Great Warrior Judge and Prophetess by the name of Deborah. Woman throughout the Bible were used by God and in the Last Days God said “I will Pour Out My Spirit upon All Flesh…. sons and daughters, men and woman… God is not a sexist, religious, prejudice biggot. He has always used woman and will continue to use women. God wants to use All mankind of every race, language, age in these last days so lets get that arguement out of the way.
In this scripture we see that God wants us to Choose people who are:
1. Who are able to do the job
2. Who fear God
3. Who are Truthful
4. Who hate greed and covetousness
The next scripture I would like to point out to you to show you what kind of Leader God would choose to lead and govern our nation is in Acts 6:3. Allthough this scripture refers to chosing leaders in the church it should apply to choosing leaders in our government or in business.
Act 6:3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.

We see here that they should be of Honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and Full of Wisdom.
I think the God of All the Earth knows how to govern things and I know if we follow His way of choosing leaders in our nation, our churches and organizations that we will see the God Kind of Resuts.

2Sa 23:2 The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word [was] in my tongue.
2Sa 23:3 The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men [must be] just, ruling in the fear of God.
We see that God wants men and women who are just, who will bring justice and do what is right in His sight. Men and women who will not be corrupt and take a bribe or will not twist the laws.
Deu 16:18 “Appoint judges and officials for yourselves from each of your tribes in all the towns the LORD your God is giving you. They must judge the people fairly.

Deu 16:19 You must never twist justice or show partiality. Never accept a bribe, for bribes blind the eyes of the wise and corrupt the decisions of the godly.
We want to chose judges that will not twist the constitution to forbid the church from its ministry in the earth, we want to choose judges and leaders who will not try to control and regulate or shut down the church that is faithful to the Word of God.

1Pe 2:13 For the Lord’s sake, respect all human authority—whether the king as head of state,
1Pe 2:14 or the officials he (the king) has appointed. For the king has sent them to punish those who do wrong and to honor those who do right.
Please notice that those appointed and chosen as leading officials are to punish those who do wrong and honor those who do right. In the King James it says in Romans that they are “God’s ministers for good” or “for evil”. That is an awesome thought, when the Bible talks about “Good” and “evil” it obviously gets its standard from God.
Those in Authority are to punish those who do evil in God’s sight, and they are to reward those who do good in God’s sight. Its “good” and “evil” in God’s definition and world view that matters, not the political correct standard, Fox News or CNN News standard or any other media standard.
No other Standard than what God defines in the Bible. Lets look at another scripture that teaches us how to vote and choose Leaders God’s Way.
Rom 13:1 Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority (government is God’s idea) comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God.
Rom 13:2 So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished.
Rom 13:3 For the authorities do not strike fear in people who are doing right, but in those who are doing wrong. Would you like to live without fear of the authorities? Do what is right, and they will honor you.
Rom 13:4 The authorities are God’s servants, sent for your good. But if you are doing wrong, of course you should be afraid, for they have the power to punish you. They are God’s servants, sent for the very purpose of punishing those who do what is wrong.
We as Christians are accountable to not only Pray for these types of Leaders but to also Choose by voting these types of leaders. If you are a leader you are accountable to God and to the people to live up to this standard or step down and out of the way. God is a Ruler and His Kingdom rules over all and He promotes leaders to their position and He also removes leaders from their position.
Pro 21:1 The king’s heart is like a stream of water directed by the LORD; He guides it wherever He pleases.
Pro 21:2 People may be right in their own eyes, but the LORD examines their heart.
Jesus told us to pray like Kingdom People to declare “Thy Kingdom Come, Thy Will Be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven!” In order for us to establish God’s Kingdom on this eatth now we must Pray and Chose God’s Way.
Isa 9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Isa 9:7 Of the increase of [his] government and peace [there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Who shall Declare ‘His Generation?’
Who shall declare His Generation
By Jonathan Doctor
This Generation is the chosen Generation to usher in the last day Revival before the rapture of the church and the catching away of the saints. We are the Prophetic generation that belong to Jesus. I am not saying that everyone will be saved in this SET TIME of God’s Grace but I am saying that We are in the Days of Grace and Today is the Day of Salvation.
Isa 53:8  He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
Act 8:33  In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? ….
We are His generation, will you help declare this Gospel of God’s Grace to others? Will you Share this Good News with your family, your friends, your co-workers? God needs our obedience, we are called to the Kingdom and this Generation for such a Time and Purpose as this.
The Flavor of Favor
The Favor of God is one of the best benefits of our Prophetic Grace and Salvation offered to us. The Favor of God will give us Promotion, Restoration, Victory, honor and Prosperity. The Favor of God is needed in our lives and ministries in order to get the Good News of the Gospel out to all Nations, to all languages. This Prophetic Grace and Favor has empowered us to “Go” with the Gospel to All the Earth.  The Favor of God causes Doors to open that no man or devil can shut, The Favor of God causes  a “Yes” to your requests even by ungodly authorities.
Ester 5:1  Now it came to pass on the third day, that Esther put on [her] royal [apparel], and stood in the inner court of the king’s house, over against the king’s house: and the king sat upon his royal throne in the royal house, over against the gate of the house.
Ester 5:2  And it was so, when the king saw Esther the queen standing in the court, [that] she obtained favour in his sight: and the king held out to Esther the golden sceptre that [was] in his hand. So Esther drew near, and touched the top of the sceptre.
Ester 5:3  Then said the king unto her, What wilt thou, queen Esther? and what [is] thy request? it shall be even given thee to the half of the kingdom.
Ester 5:6  And the king said unto Esther at the banquet of wine, What [is] thy petition? and it shall be granted thee: and what [is] thy request? even to the half of the kingdom it shall be performed.
Ester 5:7  Then answered Esther, and said, My petition and my request [is];
Ester 5:8  If I have found favour in the sight of the king, and if it please the king to grant my petition, and to perform my request, let the king and Haman come to the banquet that I shall prepare for them, and I will do to morrow as the king hath said.
In these last days we have the Prophetic Grace and Favor to Go where no man has gone before with the Gospel. We have the Grace and Favor of God to cause Rules and Regulations to Change so we can get the Gospel out. The Favor of God is not just a benefit so you can have five cars and three houses and hoard up all the things you can in this lifetime.
The Favor of God, The Grace of God is not just for you, just like the Blessing, we are Blessed TO BE a Blessing, likewise we are Graced and Favored so we can BE A BLESSING. Like Ester God has Prophetically and strategically Positioned you in the Kingdom of God for such a time as this. God has Positioned you in order that you can bring Deliverance to this Generation, So you can share this Prophetic Redemptive Grace to hurting humanity, to set them free.
If you noticed that Ester put on her Royal Apparel. Its time the Body of Christ put on their Royal Apparel, Its time we be who God has made us to be In Christ. We are the Righteousness of God, we are More than conquerors in Christ, We are Kings and Priests in the Kingdom, We are Royalty! It is time we use our God Given Royal Authority and Make Royal Decree’s In Jesus Name!
The Flavor of Favor in Battle to Possess the Land
The Favor of God will Produce Victory and cause you to posses the land that God Promised.
Psalms 44:3 For they got not the land in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them: but thy right hand, and thine arm, and the light of thy countenance, because thou hadst a favour unto them.
Psalms 44:2 Amp  You drove out the nations with Your hand and it was Your power that gave [Israel] a home by rooting out the [heathen] peoples, but [Israel] You spread out.
Psalms 44:3  For they got not the land [of Canaan] in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them; but Your right hand and Your arm and the light of Your countenance [did it], because You were favorable toward and did delight in them.
Psalms 44:4  You are my King, O God; command victories and deliverance for Jacob (Israel).
Psalms 44:2 (Message) How single-handedly you weeded out the godless from the fields and planted us, How you sent those people packing but gave us a fresh start.
Psalms 44:3 We didn’t fight for this land; we didn’t work for it–it was a gift! You gave it, smiling as you gave it, delighting as you gave it.
Psalms 44:4  You’re my King, O God– command victories for Jacob!
Psalms 44:5  With your help we’ll wipe out our enemies, in your name we’ll stomp them to dust.
Psalms 44:6  I don’t trust in weapons; my sword won’t save me–
Psalms 44:7  But it’s you, you who saved us from the enemy; you made those who hate us lose face.
Psalms 44:8  All day we parade God’s praise– we thank you by name over and over.
Who Will you serve? God’s Prophetic Grace is offered to you today, but it’s not automatic, you must choose either to walk with Jesus and with His power and Grace or reject this offer and live a life of unfulfilling frustration with hell as the end result. Jesus is the One and Only Way.

Is it really Finished?!
‘Is it Finished?’

Introduction: When Jesus said “It Is Finished” He was not saying we were without any responsibility or that we were without a Covenant. The New Covenant is in effect today because Jesus has cut and sealed it with His own shed blood. It’s benefits are active and still in force and in full effect today. We still have  responsibilities concerning Holy Communion that are not finished until the Lord returns, in that respect, “It Ain’t Finished.”

I. “It Ain’t Finished”: The Redemptive  work of Christ at the Cross was complete. (John 19:30)

    A.  The Old Covenant was finished.
    B. Jesus sat down because the job was done. (John 20:17)
        1. After Christ rose from the dead as our High Priest, He entered into the Most Holy Place having obtained eternal redemption for us. (Heb. 9:12)
        2. Jesus has given us a New Covenant agreement established with His own blood. (Col. 1:12-14; Heb. 8:6; 12:24)
    C. No longer is admittance into the Holy of Holies limited to an earthly high priest who has to offer sacrifices continually. (Mark 15:38)

II. “It Ain’t Finished!” We continue to have three responsibilities concerning the Lord’s table.

    A. Reverence (I Corin. 11:17-34)
        1. Paul dealt with the manner in which the Corinthians approached the Table and rebuked them for their selfishness. (I Corin. 11:23)
            a. They forgot the Table represented Communion with God, fellowship with one another, and their shared common bond.
            b. We never have to wonder if God has provided adequately for us!
        2. We reflect back with a holy respect on the Awesome Sacrifice Jesus made “Once For All” (Heb. 10:12)
        3. Paul rebuked them for their selfishness and for not recognizing their common bond as represented in the elements. (I Corin. 11:23)
    B. Recognition (I Corin. 11:29)
        1. Discern the Price Jesus Paid in sacrificing and giving Himself.
        2. Discern the Lord’s body.
    C. Remembrance (I Cor. 11:26)
        1. Remember Jesus paid it all – His provisions are still in effect.
        2. Remember our common bond in Jesus Christ.
        3. Retell the story about how Jesus shed His blood and died for us.

III. “It Ain’t Finished!” The elements point to the benefits of the Covenant which are still in effect today.

    A. These elements point to Covenant Relationship established by Jesus Christ.
        1. Jesus has made a way for man to enter into the Most Holy place of Covenant Relationship. (John 14:6)
        2. Jesus has made a way for the hopes, dreams and mysteries found in the old Covenant to be fulfilled today.
    B. These elements point to the benefits of the Covenant that are real, fresh and still in effect today.
        1. The barriers that kept us separated from a Covenant Relationship with God were removed by Christ’s substitutionary work.
        2. God hasn’t changed His mind concerning the Covenant of healing.
        3. Through our partaking of these elements, we are saying, “I will” to our responsibilities to the Heavenly Father.

Closing: Because of the Finished work of Christ and our Covenant relationship with God, we have a responsibility in this Communion Table to reverence, recognition and remembrance of the broken body and shed blood of Jesus Christ

The Forgotten Truth and Role of Grace
The Grace of God, The unmerited favor of God, can free the vilest sinner. Grace can deliver the alcoholic, liberate the le s bian, free the protitute. Grace to the believer is immeasurable, undenialble, and indestructable.
But there is something about Grace you should not forget: Grace cannot condemn the sinner and excuse the saint!!!
Before we were saved, we were told fornication was sin and that it would lead us to hell. But after we were saved, we were told fornication “is a problem”, and should be treated with counseling.
Friend, calling fornication (or any other sin) a “problem” is not A CONFESSION OF YOUR SIN. and Grace cannot forgive unconfessed sin. If it is sin for the sinner than its sin for the saint.
Its time somebody told the Truth.
It is time for a cleansing and a purifying of the church of Jesus Christ. It is time we become established in the Holiness of God and live where the evil one cannot touch us.
I am tired of the church looking like the world, talking like the world, acting like the world, moving like the world, conducting their business like the world, and having music like the world.
By the Grace of God, I pray our preachers repent on their faces before God, for they have not warned the wicked man of his wicked deeds. Humanity is dying in wickedness, and their blood is going to be required at the hands of those who did not warn them. It is time to let the blood of Jesus Christ cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Many Christians think no more of heading for the divorce court than they do for traffic court. Some preachers openly excuse their own weakness in the flesh by telling their congregations, “It’s all right to get divorced, God just wants you happy”. Usually these preachers want to be divorced themselves.
As a minister, if I tell you what you want to hear, you will like me; but if I do not tell you what God wants you to hear , God does not like it.
I would rather please God than man.
·                    Grace CANNOT FORGIVE AN UNREPENTANT HEART!!
I have seen many video tape series’ on “sowing and reaping financially, but I cannot find much   video series on this passage of sowing and reaping:
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap.
Galatians 6:8  For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
GRACE CANNOT keep you from moral failure IF you willfully choose to sin! Your sin will find you out – There is a Payday someday! You may fool the preacher, and you may fool the deacon, but you CANNOT fool the One Who sits on the throne!
You cannot commit fornication on Saturday night and walk into the Sanctuary of God on Sunday morning and say, “sorry God, I failed. I’m sorry”,
acting like nothing much happened.
….the soul that sinneth shall surely die.” Ezekiel 18:4
We need more preachers who will thunder out like prophets of old instead of pathetic puppets.
Deep inside, The Body of Christ wants to be holy, to be pure, to have the power of God, to live right – but they must have a preacher.
Romans 10:14 How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher?

Living a Life That God Rewards
by Dr. Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.
Revelations 22:12 “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.
Every Christian should want to live a life that God rewards. We are bought with a price and we do not live for ourselves but for God. We are to follow Jesus with a whole heart  and be committed to His Plan for our lives.
Every little choice we make can make an Eternal difference. Every good deed we do, every seed we sow will produce a harvest, some of the harvest we will enjoy on this earth, but most of it we will enjoy in Eternity.
Revelations 20:13b And they were judged, each one according to his works.
It is by Grace that we have been saved, not by our works but our works will make an Eternal Impact and we will reap what we sow. Our God is a God of the Payback, in fact one of His Names is Jehovah Gmolah, the God Who pays back.  He also introduced Himself to Abram as “Thy Exceeding Great Reward” and we know that “vengance is Mine, says the Lord, I will Repay”.
There is no question that God is a Just God and He will repay those who do evil as well as those who do good.
Matthew 16:27 “For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.
There will be a Judgment Day someday and we all will be accountable to God as to what we did on the earth. The first question is “Have You accepted My Son Jesus Christ?” and the next important question would be ” did You serve Me?” or “What did You do with all that I gave you?”
Some will hear “Well Done, Good and Faithful Servant, enter into the joy of the Lord.” While others will hear “You wicked and lazy servant, depart from me..”
The choice is ours. Everything we do here on the earth is linked to what will happen in eternity. I am not talking about Salvation by works but rewards by works.
II Corin. 5:10-11 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that each one may receive the things done in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad. 11 Knowing, therefore, the of the Lord, we persuade men;
This judgment seat is in heaven. Only Christians will be there. We, as Christians, will be judged on what we have done in this life as Christians. This is not a judgment to determine whether or not we enter heaven, but will determine degrees of rewards in heaven.
We all shall have to give a solemn account of ourselves before the judgment seat of Christ. The Greek word for this judgment seat is “BEMA.” It is a judgment for which each may receive “rewards” for the things done “in or through our body” while on earth. Some believe this judgment will happen at the rapture before the marriage supper of the Lamb.
The “Judgment Seat” of Christ is actually a “Reward Seat” The word here used for Judgment is a Greek word used for “rewards”. You see the wicked will not be at the Judgment Seat of Christ because this is a Reward ceremony for those who gave their lives to Christ and served Him with their works, time and talents.
This Greek word Bema for Judgment here is referring to good rewards for those who have attained them. It also speaks of rewards of bad things we have done as Christians. In verse 11 it is written that in knowing this we should have a holy fear of the Lord and persuade men.
This Judgment is for only Christians, and all Christians will be there. The Lord is going to judge our works and motives. Why we did the things we did, why we said the things we said and what we did or did not do for the Lord in Service to Him. This Judgment will not be over our Salvation, for that is secure as we “continue in His Word” and remain His Disciples; Everyone will see your works be judged by the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
This brings the thought; What are you doing for the Lord? Are the works you are doing going to be burned away like wood, hay and stubble or are your works going to be like  Gold, silver and precious stones?
We as Christians have become New Creations In Christ and we have been Born Again, we are now ministers of Reconciliation telling the world the Good News of what God did at the Cross to reconcile them to God. We carry the Good News as Ambassedors to this dying world, we are the ones that God has Committed His Word of Reconciliation.
The word committed in these verses means to put in  and leave responsible. God has put the word of reconciliation in us and holds us responsible to share it. The word reconciliation  means to be restored back to God’s favor. That my friend is Good News!
Why can’t we share Great News like that? Souls are hanging in the balance for this Good News.
Daniel 12:1-3
Every one who is found written in the book.2 And many of those who sleep in the
dust of the earth shall awake, Some to everlasting life, Some to shame and
everlasting contempt. 3 Those who are wise shall shine Like the brightness of the
firmament, And those who turn many to righteousness Like the stars forever and ever.
Those who have rejected Christ will rise to the Great White Throne Judgment and they will be rewarded for their wickedness. Their wicked works will be rewarded.
Romans 14:10 But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ So then each of us shall give account of himself to God.
Paul is talking to Christians, he is not speaking to sinners. Paul is telling them that Christians should not judge each other. We are accountable to God for our conduct. In our daily walk with God we should be doing that which pleases Him.
This is interesting that while we are in this lower state, in this mortal body, we will be “judged” for “heavenly rewards.” Yet we are not saved by works, but by the grace of God! Paul is speaking to the church at Corinth how they “should build on the foundation of Christ.”
1 Corinthians 3:13-15—each one’s work will become clear; for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. If anyone’s work which he has built on it endures, he will receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
1 Corinthians 3:12-13, Amplified—But if anyone builds upon the Foundation, whether it be with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, The work of each [one] will become [plainly, openly] known (shown for what it is); for the day [of Christ] will disclose and declare it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test and critically appraise the character and worth of the work each person has done.
The gold, silver, and precious stones, could stand the fire; but the wood, hay, and stubble, will be consumed. There is some controversy over “what is wood, hay, and stubble.”
Here is an example;
“If we have preached the necessity of incorporating the law with the Gospel, or proclaimed as a doctrine of God any thing which did not proceed from heaven, we shall suffer loss-all his time and effort will be found to be uselessly employed and spent. Some refer the “loss to the work, not to the man”; and understand the passage thus: If any man’s work be burned, IT shall suffer loss-much shall be taken away from it; nothing shall he left but the measure of truth and uprightness which it may have contained.”
So here is our “basic challenge”—Once the foundation of Jesus is laid, we must begin building with gold, silver, precious stones, those things which will survive the “trial of fire.” To survive the trial of fire our works have to be in line with God’s Word—both the written Word and the Word spoken by the Spirit to our heart. These “works” have to come from our “heart.” In Matthew 25 we have the parable of the talents, two people brought forth “good works”, one did not.
If our works on this earth bring forth an increase for the “kingdom of God” in the earth, the reward will be an eternal one. Again, what we do in this natural body, as a Christian, will determine “rewards” in heaven!
If a person does not accept Jesus as Lord and Savior during this lifetime that person is already sentenced to eternal separation from God.
As Christians, we must live a Life that God rewards, we must not live to please ourselves but to Please Him Who Died for us. We must change our values, motives and priorities in  order to live for the rewards to come.
Matthew 25:21 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’
In this age in Christianity, we have the same problems humans had thousands of years  ago. Expect for the iPod’s and Computerized toys of technology man has the same basic needs and problems as when Jesus said these words. One of the biggest broblem in Christianity is selfishness and a self serving attitude.
In the last days as well as in every day people will be “lovers of themselves” with no love  or care for others. For Jesus to even have the audacity to tell the rich young ruler to give away all this prize possessions and follow Him was a problem for the rich young ruler.
When Jesus tells us to deny ourselves and pick up our cross people run to the next church.
Self sacrifice is entry level Christianity. Jesus said to those who desire to be great in the Kingdom of God that they must be a servant of “all”. When Jesus hands out rewards He  will not say “well done good and famous superstar” no He will say “Well Done Good and Faithful Servant.”
Matthew 19:21 Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow  Me.”
Especially in the 21st century, the thought of being a servant is like being the scum of the
earth. Nobody is taught in the State University on “how to be a servant of all” I mean it should be taught because it is the way to the top baby, and its all about success and  winning and gimmy gimmy gimmy, my name is Jimmy and I’ll take what you Gimmy.
Jesus taught that the way up is down, He taught the humble will be exalted and those who
exalt themselves will be humbled. It seems that the 21st century human is becoming a ego
without a conscience, but I am believing that you who are reading this is not one of them.
In order for us to be the greatest in Heaven is to have pure, humble motives, and be that servant. Be willing to make a self sacrifice for Christ and the Gospel, be willing to serve  another person no mater if they can reward you or not.
Matthew 19:26 “And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My name’s sake, shall receive a
hundredfold, and inherit eternal life
Jesus offers good wages for Eternity to come as well as for the here and now. Mark says  it this way:
Mark 10:29-30 So Jesus answered and said, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or  children or lands, for My sake and the gospel’s, 30 “who shall not receive a
hundredfold now in this time—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.
Although many times we will receive a reward and blessing in the here and now. If Jesus promises it than we can expect it, The Lord takes pleasure in prospering His servants (psalms 35). But there are times, many times that we will not see our reward until  Eternity.
Luke 14:12-14 Then He also said to him who invited Him, “When you give a dinner or a supper, do not ask your friends, your brothers, your relatives, nor rich neighbors, lest they also invite you back, and you be repaid. 13 “But when you  give a feast, invite the poor, the ed, the lame, the blind. 14 “And you will be
blessed, because they cannot repay you; for you shall be repaid at the resurrection of the just.
We cannot withhold service based upon if we will be recognized for it in the here and now or not. We have a sure reward in heaven and we must be faithful as a servant to all.
Luke 6:22-23 Blessed are you when men you, And when they exclude you, And revile you, and cast out your name as evil, For the Son of Man’s sake. 23 Rejoice in that
day and leap for joy! For indeed your reward is great in heaven,
Matthew 20:8 “So when evening had come, the owner of the vineyard said to his steward, ‘Call the laborers and give them their wages….
If man rewards you or not, know for sure that when Jesus comes He will reward you.
Mark 9:41 “For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward.
You will not lose your reward for your labors of love in His Name. God is a Just God and He will make Sure you get what you deserve.
Matthew 6:6, “But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly
Stay faithful in your praying, your giving of time and finances. Stay faithful, Your Prayers, fastings, Tithes and offerings, volunteering your time and talents go a long way  and will bring great rewards, some here and now but most importantly in Eternity. God will Reward You Openly with the Blessing that you deserve.
Matthew 6:19-21 Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal; 20 “but lay up for yourselves
treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 “For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
A life God Rewards is a desire of mine. I have changed, by the Grace of God and will continue to change my life and prioritize it to what really matters. I want to spend my  days serving God for what He has done for me through Jesus Christ. I willingly lay down my life, deny my fleshly, sefish desires in order to be what God wants me to be. I pick up my cross daily and follow Jesus, I hope you do to become a “servant of all”.
The Word of God also reveals to us that there will be evil rewards to those who continue  in their sin and living a selfish life.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is , but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord
There is a payday someday and if we do not get rewarded immediately on this earth we know for sure that we will get rewarded in the great “Day” to come. The Bible says that  “God is not mocked, whatever a man soweth, shall he reap”. God is not going to let our  works (good or bad) be without a reward.
Matthew 23:14 “Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. Therefore you will receive greater condemnation.
For those who refuse to repent and continue in their hipocrasy they will receive a “greater condemnation” which means a big bad reward.
Romans 2:5-10 But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God, 6 who “will render to each one according to his deeds” : 7
eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality; 8 but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the  truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath, 9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; 10 but
glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
God is a Righteous Judge and a Righteous Judge makes sure that every person gets their Just reward that is due. Notice in verse 8 that those who are self seeking and do not obey  the Truth (the Word) will reap and get a reward of God’s Wrath and indignation.
Revelations 20:11-13 Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no  place for them. 12 And I saw the , small and great, standing before God, and
books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life.
And the were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. 13 The sea gave up the who were in it, and and
Hades delivered up the who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.
Romans 6:23 declare that the wages (rewards) of sin is , but the gift of God is  Eternal Life in Christ Jesus. Every person on this earth will have to give an account to God for what he did on this earth. Every sin must be rewarded with . Either you must pay the price or you could accept Christ as your substitutionary sacrifice, Who died on the cross to pay for your debt.
Christ paid a debt that He did not owe, You have a Debt that you cannot pay. The  rewards of sin is – eternal separation from God Who is Life. Christ took our place at the cross in order to give us justification with the Judge in the High Courts of Heaven.
Justice is satisfies at the cross but you must accept the offer. Romans 6:23 also says that   “but the Gift of God is Eternal Life in Christ Jesus”. God offers you a Free Gift, but like any free gift you must accept it, it is not yours until you accept it and say “thank you”.
Repentance is defined as a change of mind, a change of heart, a turning away from sin, and selfishness and a turning to God and living a life that pleases Him.
I Corinthians 3:11-15 For no other foundation can anyone lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if anyone builds on this foundation with gold,  silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, 13 each one’s work will become clear;
for the Day will declare it, because it will be revealed by fire; and the fire will test each one’s work, of what sort it is. 14 If anyone’s work which he has built on it
endures, he will receive a reward. 15 If anyone’s work is burned, he will suffer
loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire.
I want you to see that there is no other foundation that one can lay other than Jesus Christ. We cannot find salvation in any other than through Jesus Christ. On the “Day”  that our works will be tested by fire we will see it be revealed by fire which works were  of a gold, silver or precious stone standard. Our works will either stand the test or be burned up like wood, hay or straw. Each ones work, every ministry, every church, every  word, every deed will be tested. Our motives will be tested, why we did what we did and it will be revealed.
This scripture also reveals to us that we as Christians will not be burned up but our vain  works will. If our works do not stand the test than we will suffer loss, not loss of salvation but of a reward that we could have gained if our works stood the test of Holy Fire.
In closing I hope that I have stirred you up to good works for our Savior. I call the little book of Titus in the New Testament the “book of good works” because in it the writer  admonishes us to do good works. I leave you with a few:
Titus 1:16 They profess to know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.
Titus 2:6-7   Likewise, exhort the young men to be sober-minded, 7 in all things
showing yourself to be a pattern of good works;…
Titus 2:14    Christ  who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every
lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
Titus 3:8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.
Titus 3:14 And let our people also learn to maintain good works, to meet urgent needs, that they may not be unfruitful

How To Start Revival in your Nation
by: Dr. Jonathan Doctor, Ph.D.
Charles Finney (1792-1875) knew about Revival, he knew how to be a soul-winner. Charles Finney was a man with a message that burned through the religious deadwood and secular darkness of his time. Finney was a lawyer by trade and did not come to know the Lord until he was nearly thirty years old.
Charles Finney was criticized for nearly everything like most people who are being used by the Holy Ghost. Finney had made enemies of his day, in his culture and among the religious. Dr. T.L. Osborn in his book “Soul-Winning” says “criticism is admiration awkwardly expressed, people often criticize those ahead”.
One of the main reasons why Finney was criticized among the religious was because Finney believed that man could start a revival, that we could actually initiate a revival. He defied the belief that some were predestined to be saved and some predestined to go to hell. Finney says “there is no salvation in the doctrine of election and that unless a man repent he will be lost.”
It was Finney’s belief that motivated him to evangelize the lost, to confront sinners, to initiate revival in the church. Finney’s passion caused him to be one of the greatest revivalist of all time. He led about 250,000 souls to Christ which is a big number considering the time he lived in.
Charles Finney’s books reveal his secrets to revival, In chapter 1 which is entitled “How to start a Revival” he says “Revival is renewed conviction of sin and repentance, followed by an intense desire to live in obedience to God. It is giving up one’s will to God in deep humility”. Charles Finney knew how to stir up the hearts of man to seek God, to go to the Lord with repentance, to equip the church to win souls. The book of James says “Draw near to God and He will draw near to you”, with this promise who does the initiation? The person has the initiative to “draw near to God”.
2Ch 7:14 NLT Then if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land.
The Lord gives us the initiative to Go to Him, Jesus said “ask, and it will be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you”. The Lord through the prophet Jeremiah said “Call unto Me and I will answer thee”. God has given His word that we can initiate things.
You know it’s time for a revival when there is a lack of brotherly love, and Christian confidence among believers. You know its time for a revival when there are dissensions, jealousies and evil rumors within the church. You know its time to initiate revival when the church has no interest to serve, no concern for those dying and going to hell. You know it’s time for revival when sefishness and pride and no fear of God is in our churches, homes and culture.
Revival is needed when there is a worldly spirit upon the church, a compromising spirit, when the leadership is living in sin, when the Word of God is watered down and neglected in personal devotion. Its time for revival when you see “Christians” conforming to the world in music, dress and talk. Revival is at hand when we see sinners be careless and stupid, you know its time for a revival to WAKE UP the church to get to work.
It is as much the Christians duty to wake up as it is the fireman’s duty to wake up when a fire breaks out. The church and the Christians in the church must now WAKE UP to put out the fires of hell that are consuming the wicked. We must WAKE UP to get the sin out of our hearts and lives, out of our churches.
Is it time for a fireman to be asleep when people are burning up? The fireman would feel guilty and be guilty of neglect of duty for not waking up, for staying in their comfort zone. The Christian will suffer the same guilt and be guilty of neglect of duty as they sleep while souls around them are going to hell for ever. Instead we must REVIVE, WAKE UP. It is our responsibility to WAKE UP and revive.
Charles Finney says “the fact is, Christians are more to blame for not being revived than sinners are for not being converted.” A church cannot continue without revivals, without revivals the church will have more die in a year than new believers added to the church. One of the first things we must do to start a revival is prayer; serious praying for revival.
A church who has the Spirit of Prayer for revival will also have a deep concern for souls. The Greek word for “Watch” is gregorio  it means to be AWAKE and watchful, vigilant. We get the term “Prayer Vigils” from gregorio. It is like the watchman, keeping watch of dangers and someone who is always aware of the situation. Jesus told us to “watch and pray” he used the same word.
Mat 26:41 KJV Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed [is] willing, but the flesh [is] weak.
We must not grieve away the Holy Spirit when He comes as a result of our prayers. Unless we remove the sin from our hearts He will not stay, one cannot continue in their hidden sins of the heart like pride, lust and hate and expect a baptism in the Holy Spirit. Unless we “grieve NOT” the Holy Spirit, He will NOT stay.
Hos 10:12 NLT I said, …..Plow up the hard ground of your hearts, for now is the time to seek the LORD, that He may come and shower righteousness upon you.’
Hos 10:12 KJV Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for [it is] time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.
We must prepare our hearts for Revival by breaking up the fallow ground of our hearts.
Eze 36:26 nlt And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit in you. I will take out your stony, stubborn heart and give you a tender, responsive heart.
Eze 36:27 And I will put My Spirit in you so that you will follow My decrees and be careful to obey My regulations.
Revival consists of two parts: 1st that which affects the church and 2nd that which affects sinners. The Bible talks a lot about having a hardened heart, a stony, stubborn, a non teachable or correctable heart and attitude. The heart is like soil, whatever you plant in it will produce a harvest given that the it is good ground and not full of weeds or even worse is nothing but a hardened ground. Stubborn people have this kind of heart, and unless this ground is “fallowed” or broken up, un hardened, than that person will suffer going to hell. The Lord spoke a great deal against the hardened, heart person, the “stiff-necked” who will not repent or change. Stubbornness is as Idolatry.
We see a great example of how to break up fallowed ground and start a revival in ones heart by reading about Samuel confronting Saul.
1Sa 15:23 KJV For rebellion [is as] the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness [is as] iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the LORD, he hath also rejected thee from [being] king.
1Sa 15:24 And Saul said unto Samuel, I have sinned: for I have transgressed the commandment of the LORD, and thy words: because I feared the people, and obeyed their voice.
You can break up the hard fallow ground of your own heart by self examination. Soften up the ground of your heart by looking inside and examine your motives, examine your thoughts and intentions of your heart. Make it a point to do this, don’t be in a hurry and let the Word of God, the Spirit of God give you a supernatural heart examination. The Lord is The Great Physician and let Him do a little heart surgery to you, He is The Lord of the Harvest, let Him plow your ground and up root the bad seeds and roots of bitterness, let Him up root things that would grieve the Holy Spirit. Let the Lord of the Harvest plant and bring forth a harvest.
As He points out these issues, stop and repent, and plant the seed of the Word of God in its place. Sow the seed of the Word of God in your heart concerning the issue at hand. The Lord of the Harvest knows how to plow, uproot, sow and water.
Self examination is opening up your heart and looking at your life and allowing the Lord to like a computer virus scan in your system looking for “threats” and things that contaminate your system’s function. Self examination is looking at your true character, examining your sin one by one and cutting its life source. It will revive and resurrect your conscience, causing it’s sensitivity to come back. Don’t have a seared conscience and be stubborn. A seared conscience is someone who has no or little conviction and is so used to resisting the Holy Spirit that they have a seared conscience.
Examine yourself in light of the Word of God and find out why do you do the things you do, why do you say the things you say, examine your character and motives of the heart.
Self examination of your sins is a detailed examination and remember don’t just repent of “sin” in general but confess every one of them to the Lord. When you committed those sins you did them one at a time and it would only be Right that you repent of them one at a time and completely focus on uprooting it and replacing it with God’s Seed – The Word.
As you examine your heart don’t forget the sins we commit that would be considered “omission” like the things we NEGLECT, like not being thankful. Ingratitude is a sin that needs to be repented of, there is no blessing that you have received that did not come from the Lord. God’s Grace saved you and continually blesses you, do not neglect your duty to thank God.
Another thing we must look at is our lack of Love for God. How would you feel if your wife or husband that loved you so much now is bored of you, takes you for granted, and doesn’t pay much attention to you anymore unless they want something. How would you feel if their passion for you was gone? Repent and make it right and revival will come to you.
Another sin of “omission” would be of neglecting the Word of God and Prayer; allowing doubt to creep in to negate what you used to believe. The God of Truth has promised to give the Holy Spirit to those (of His) who ask Him (Luke 11:13) Do you believe this? Do you expect Him to answer?
Poor spiritual attitude is a sin that must be repented of, a lack of concern for unbelievers, a lack of love for the brethren; are you keeping your accounts straight with God?
The sins that we willingly commit out of our free will of choice also must be repented of. Vanity and Pride are things that must be put out, the Word of God says that a little leaven leavens the whole lump (1 Corin. 5:7). Do you put more effort on your outside appearance than you do on the inside appearance to God?  When you get ready for church do you get ready spiritually, or is it all about outward appearance? Man looks on the outside appearance but God looks at the heart.
Do you have a critical spirit? Remember the times you had a bitter spirit about a brother and spoke against him in a way that was not in love. Have you ever slandered a brother or sister? Are You Jealous or envious of another??? I am getting in your business now like Samuel did Saul, like Nathan did David, now its Jonathan and you. Do you have a lack of seriousness in the things of God? Don’t be offended these are things that hinder revival, get them out of your heart and you will experience Revival, Refreshing and Remission with the Presence of the Lord again.
If you are like me you are repenting as you are being pricked in the heart. We all need a Nathan who will point his finger at our nose and say “Thou art the man!” Deception is a lie and done with intention, do you have a lying spirit? Have you ever lied to get your promotion or to receive an extra benefit? Cheating and hypocrisy and robbing God are sins that must be repented of individually and each one dealt with separately. If you sinned against God get it right, if you sinned against man, get it right and do your best to fix it with the person before moving on. Jesus said to not even give an offering unless you deal with the issue of the heart concerning your brother.
As I, by the Grace of God, try to revive and resurrect your conscience from the dead and call it to accountability with God and His Word, your ground, your heart will be ready to experience revival with your spirit burning aflame. As Paul told Timothy to “stir up the gift of God within you” as Peter said in his epistle to “stir you up by way of remembrance” I hope I stirred you up to seek God to correct these issues and to be good ground for the spirit of prayer and revived to evangelize the souls around you.
The secrets to Revival are not secrets anymore, we must come back to our first Love, we must not be luke warm, we must return to the Lord and get our hearts in sync with His through repentance, repentance from dead religious works, prayer and going back to making the first thing first.
When we come to the Judgment Seat of Christ we will each give an account to Him for what works we did and did not do. I exhort you today to go back to your first love and go back to doing what He told you to do. Remember the sleeping fireman, and don’t be a sleeping Christian. Don’t lose the Life of God, the Zeal of the Lord is in you, that Divine Spark of Life that came from Heaven is in you ready to explode. Keep yourself examined to be free of revival and blessing hinderances.

Have Faith To Preach the Gospel of Grace
As we obey The Lord Jesus Christ and His Great Co-mission we can have faith that He will work with us to confirm His Word – The Gospel – The Good News. Jesus Confirms His Word as we tell it. (To Confirm = To remove all doubt by performing acts of authority). As we become believers in action and do our part, Jesus, The Father in Heaven and The Holy Spirit within us will do His part and work the signs, miracles and wonders. We do not follow signs but signs follow us as we Tell the World that Jesus Lives and the Good News of all that He died to give them….. As we go and anounce the Kingdom of God – which means The Rule of God – The Dominion of God –  and share the Good News of Freedom, Liberty to the captives because of what Jesus Christ did for us, as we do our part, The Lord will do His part, confirming the Word with signs following.
Here is the scriptural evidence of what I am saying…..Have Faith to Preach the Gospel!
Mar 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
Mar 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
Mar 16:17 And these signs shall follow (to accompany) them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
Mar 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
Mar 16:19 So then after the Lord had spoken unto them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
Mar 16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
2Co 5:17 AMP Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come!
2Co 5:18 But all things are from God, Who through Jesus Christ reconciled us to Himself [received us into favor, brought us into harmony with Himself] and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation [that by word and deed we might aim to bring others into harmony and favor with Him].
2Co 5:19 It was God [personally present] in Christ, reconciling and restoring the world to favor with Himself, not counting up and holding against [men] their trespasses [but cancelling them], and committing to us the message of reconciliation (of the restoration to favor).
2Co 5:20 So we are Christ’s ambassadors, God making His appeal as it were through us. We [as Christ’s personal representatives] beg you for His sake to lay hold of the divine favor [now offered you] and be reconciled to God.
2Co 5:21 For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness].
2Co 5:19 Message God put the world square with himself through the Messiah, giving the world a fresh start by offering forgiveness of sins. God has given us the task of telling everyone what he is doing.
2Co 5:20 We’re Christ’s representatives. God uses us to persuade men and women to drop their differences and enter into God’s work of making things right between them. We’re speaking for Christ himself now: Become friends with God; he’s already a friend with you.
Heb 2:4 NLT And God confirmed the message by giving signs and wonders and various miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit whenever He chose.
Heb 2:4 KJV God also bearing [them] witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will.
Act 1:3 KJV To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God:
Rom 15:18 NLT Yet I dare not boast about anything except what Christ has done through me, bringing the Gentiles to God by my message and by the way I worked among them.
Rom 15:19 They were convinced by the power of miraculous signs and wonders and by the power of God’s Spirit. In this way, I have fully presented the Good News of Christ from Jerusalem all the way to Illyricum.
Act 2:22 NLT “People of Israel, listen! God publicly endorsed Jesus the Nazarene by doing powerful miracles, wonders, and signs through Him, as you well know.
Act 2:22 AMP You men of Israel, listen to what I have to say: Jesus of Nazareth, a Man accredited and pointed out and shown forth and commended and attested to you by God by the mighty works and [the power of performing] wonders and signs which God worked through
Rom 1:16 NLT For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile.
Rom 1:17 This Good News tells us how God makes us right in His sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”
Act 4:29 NLT And now, O Lord, hear their threats, and give us, Your servants, great boldness in preaching Your word.
Act 4:30 Stretch out Your hand with healing power; may miraculous signs and wonders be done through the name of Your holy servant Jesus.”
Act 4:31 After this prayer, the meeting place shook, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit. Then they preached the word of God with boldness.
Act 14:3 NLT But the apostles stayed there a long time, preaching boldly about the grace of the Lord. And the Lord proved their message was true by giving them power to do miraculous signs and wonders.

Jer 1:12 Message GOD said, “Good eyes! I’m sticking with you. I’ll make every word I give you come true.”
Jer 1:12(KJV) ….I will hasten my word to perform it.
Strong’s Definition: to Perform: to do or make, accomplish, advance, bring forth, do, execute, fulfill, furnish, make, bring (come) to pass, provide, be [warr-] ior, work.
Isa 44:26 AMP. [The Lord] Who confirms the word of His servant and performs the counsel of His messengers…
Num 14:28 NLT Now tell them this: ‘As surely as I live, declares the LORD, I will do to you the very things I heard you say.
Isa 55:11 NLT It is the same with My word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.
KJV = “My Word will not return void”
Dan 4:2 AMP It seemed good to me to show the signs and wonders that the Most High God has performed toward me.
Dan 4:3 How great are His signs! And how mighty His wonders! His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and His dominion is from generation to generation. [Dan. 7:13, 14; Luke 1:31-33.]

Living the NEW LIFE with NEW LOVE
By: Dr. J. Doctor
Col. 3:10,12-17
When we are born again and become New Creations in Christ we receive a new nature; We pass from death to life, our hearts are changed. The Bible says we receive the Love of God, the Faith of God and all the fruits of the Spirit; Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Gentleness, Goodness and Faith. We do not receive the spirit of fear; but we Do receive the Spirit of Power and of Love and of a sound mind. In this lesson we will look at our New nature, our new heart and allow our New heart from God to lead us.
We have the Love of God within us (Rom.5:5). We must Allow the Love of God to govern our life. The God-kind of love is not human. (John 3:16). His love is supernatural and “Holy Spirit-injected.” The human kind of love is conditional. God’s love is unconditional. When you become born again, the Holy Spirit “injects,” or pours, God’s love into your heart (Romans 5:5, AMP).
Loving others is proof that you are born again. We must love others even when it’s not easy to do so. Our love walk must be based on what the Word of God says, even when it instructs you to love others in unconventional ways.
Matthew 5:43-44: “Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.”
Ask the Holy Spirit to help you – Loving others even when it hurts positions you to live the “too much” lifestyle-a life of too much favor, anointing, wealth, goodness and health. Love will always quench the spirit of strife.
Make it a point to greet those who dislike you with a hug, a kiss or with words that will edify them. God’s love in you will compel your enemies to constantly seek after you. They will want to be in contact with that love. Don’t allow the fear of rejection to stop you from loving anyone.
The love of God is His power.
You receive power-ability, efficiency and might-the moment the Holy Spirit takes up residence within your born-again spirit (Acts 1:8, AMP). You receive an endowment of power enabling you to do anything. Love is the power that you receive (Romans 5:5, AMP). Love demands a positive change in how you relate to others.
God (Love) is able to do exceeding, abundantly and above all that you could ever ask or think according to the love that is at work in you (Ephesians 3:20). Others will recognize that you belong to God because of your love walk. The level of excess and abundance you experience will be determined by the love that is at work in you.
Living a life of love will give you access to heaven and enable God to recognize you as His. Recognize that the Greater One (Love) lives in you (1 John 4:4). Love (God) is a “nuclear weapon” against forces, because darkness cannot gain the upper hand when love is in control of your life.  As you perfect your love walk, make plans to receive your end-time harvest.
You experience immediate and positive results when you are quick to cultivate the love of God. Without love, you are a “useless nobody” (1 Corinthians 13:1-2, AMP).
Cultivating the gifts of the Spirit is not as important as cultivating the fruit of the Spirit-love. Love is the master key to unlocking the things of God. Walking in love is profitable (1 Tim 4:7-8). Walking in love is being like God.
To exercise at something means to make it a practice, or to work at something, to make it a way of life. When we work on walking in love we are exercising love and godliness the Bible says that it is profitable unto all things.
Walking in love causes us to inherit a blessing. (1 Peter 3:8-10 Luke 6:35-38). Walking in love is not rendering evil for evil, instead when we walk in love we bless; knowing that when we do we will inherit a blessing. That’s why Jesus told us to love our enemies, bless them, pray blessings upon them, do good to and for them.
Controlling your tongue is part of walking in love (1 Peter 3:10-14). In these scriptures we see that if we control our tongue we will see “good days”. Love always refrains from talking evil. Love speaks no guile or evil about others. The God kind of Love seeks peace with every person. God will not allow anyone to harm you as you walk in love.
God’s Love never fails! Therefore, if you are walking in His divine Love, You CANNOT FAIL. Overcome evil with good. If you are walking in the God-kind of Love, His Love working in and through you will be more than enough for any situation. The God-kind of love will put you over in life because God is Love. When you walk in the God-kind of Love you cannot be defeated. You are born of God (who is Love) you are a overcomer. (1 John 4:4 1 John 5:1-5)
Rom.5:5NKJ Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
John 3:16-17NKJ “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.  “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
Romans 5:5, AMP
Acts 1:8, AMP
Ephesians 3:20NKJ Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
1 John 4:4NKJ You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.
1 Corinthians 13:1-2, AMP
1 Tim 4:7-8NKJ But reject profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.
1 Peter 3:8-9 NKJ Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, be tenderhearted, be courteous; not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.
1 Peter 3:10-14NKJ For “He who would love life And see good days, Let him refrain his tongue from evil, And his lips from speaking deceit.  Let him turn away from evil and do good; Let him seek peace and pursue it.  For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, And His ears are open to their prayers; But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of what is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness’ sake, you are blessed.
Luke 6:35-38NKJ “But love your enemies, do good, and lend, hoping for nothing in return; and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High. For He is kind to the unthankful and evil.  “Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful. “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.  “Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”
1 John 5:1-5NKJ Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him.  By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments.  For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.  For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—ourfaith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?

The Scriptural Doctrine of Laying on of Hands
by: Dr. J. Doctor
God’s power in your hands
The last eleven words Jesus spoke were “They (believers) shall lay hands on the sick and they (the sick) shall recover.” (Mark 16:19). God releases His power through the laying on of hands. God’s power works according to His Word; the Bible. Jesus said “if you love me keep my commandments”  (John 14:23). Jesus commanded us to preach the Gospel, and healing is part of the Gospel. Laying on of hands is apart of the great commission.  You can do the works of Jesus  (John 14:12-14). God confirm His Word with signs following. (Mark 16:20)

Laying on of hands is one of the six foundational doctrines of the Church of Jesus Christ.   (Heb. 6:1-2 ). God loves everyone the same, He is not willing for anyone to perish(2 Peter 3:9  John 3:16). Jesus is the head of the Church. (Eph. 1:22). Jesus practiced this method for healing and blessing humanity. (Luke 4:40  Mark 10:16)

            a. Mark 6:5  Luke 13:13 healing
            b. Mark 10:16   for blessing
The power of God comes by believing His Word and acting on His Word; believe you receive when hands are laid upon you or when you lay hands on people. (ex. Woman with the issue of blood). God loves us and has set the doctrine of laying on of hands into the church so we may be well and prosper as our soul prospers  (3 John 2). God’s power will flow through your hands-or anybody’s hands who is a believer in the name of Jesus.

Transfer of Power and Authority.
The Word of God says that people are destroyed because of lack of knowledge. (Hosea 4:6). All Jesus requires of you to lay hands on people is to be a believer. In the Old Testament we see that God had the practice of the laying on of hands, many centuries ago. (Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Moses and the priests)
        1. Moses ordaining Joshua  (Numbers 27:18-23)
        2. Moses transferring the anointing. (Duet. 34:9)
        3. To transfer blessing and greatness.  (Gen. 48:14-20)
In the New Testament:
        1. For ordination  (Acts 6:6  Acts 13:3)
        2. To transfer the anointing of the Holy Ghost; The baptism of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 8:14-20          Acts 19:6)
        3. For healing (Acts 28:8)
        4. For blessing  (Mark 10:16)
        5. To stir up and impart gifts of the Spirit. (2 Tim. 1:6)

Mighty miracles and healing by the laying on of hands.
God is obligated to work when we act on His Word. The Prophet Jeremiah tells us that God watches over His Word to perform it (Jer. 1:12). God wants us to live without sickness and disease here on this earth. There is no sickness or disease or any other curse in heaven. Jesus told us to pray “Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN.” If you would only believe that God’s mighty power will work through YOUR  hands, and if you will lay hands on people in faith, just simple childlike faith, the Spirit of God, healing and the power of God will begin to be imparted to people.

BORN ANEW and Living the NEW LIFE with NEW LOVE and Purpose
