In every message regardless of the subject we need to preach Christ. In order to do that we need to point to Christ and the Great Grace Exchange that took place at the Cross. The Lord told Moses to put a serpent on a staff and tell the children of Israel to look at the serpent, and those who look at the serpent were healed and did not die. Jesus said in John 3:14-16 that as the serpent was raised up on that staff so the Son of man must be raised up on a cross that whosoever would look to Him would not perish (die) but have Everlasting Life.
As we preach Christ and point to His finished work at the Cross the people will look to Jesus and their needs will be met. At the cross a divine exchange took place; when Jesus hung on the cross at calvary He endured all the evil due us, and in exchange made available all the good due Him. We owed a debt that we could not pay; He payed a debt He did not owe; While we deserve punishment, sickness and disease, poverty, death, shame and rejection and every other curse. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ took our place, and set us free.
Jesus became sin so we could be righteous. Jesus became poor so we could become rich. Jesus became sick so we could be healed and enjoy Divine health. Jesus became a curse for us so we could have and be a blessing. Jesus suffered spiritual death and separation from God so we could have Eternal Life and enjoy God’s presence and fellowship. There are at least 12 Divine Exchanges that took place at the Cross.
He was our substitute, because of Jesus we have offered to us abundant life, which includes forgiveness, righteousness, healing and divine health, acceptance, prosperity, riches and abundance. This exchange could not be done by our own merits but only by GOD’S GRACE through Jesus Christ.
GRACE= God’s Riches At Christ’s Expense. Every need that there could ever be was met by God at the cross where Christ hung. As we look to what He did for us and put our faith in the done work, we will see our needs met. Praise God!
IT IS FINISHED!!!!!
As we preach and teach Christ and point to the finished work of Christ, people will respond with faith in the Great Grace of God that was manifested at the cross and the results will be Salvation, healing, deliverance and prosperity.

And not just barely free, either. Abundantly free!
